Really powerful meditation. I have a genetic connective tissue disorder and this felt really good. I would have liked it even more had it gone a little more slowly through each system and had the voice been a little softer, but the meditation itself was so powerful that I adjusted

I found the urgency of the lead to be a bit jarring, but perhaps that is an important element of the release process - to shake out what does nor belong.
