Starseed Gender Fluid Meditation

In this plane of existence, we experience the polarities of feminine and masculine, yin and yang. How these primal archetypal energies connect and relate with each other determines our range of desire/expression or disinterest/lack thereof.

This meditation is for Starseeds who wish to understand how their gender expression works at an energy level. It is designed to expand a sense of fun, play and creativity in gender expression.

Welcome to this Starseed gender fluid meditation.

And many Starseeds are incarnating on the earth plane with the impulse to expand rigid 3D stereotypical forms of expression.

And breathe open,

Soften,

Relax.

And with your breath connecting to the light in the universe,

360 degrees around you,

Light in the stars,

The sun and the earth,

Light.

On the in-breath light into the body,

The bones of the body,

The blood of the body,

Light.

And on the out-breath releasing anything of a lower nature back to the universe,

Back to the light allowing more space in your body for more of your own soul's light.

And following that cycle of breath,

On the in-breath light from the universe into the organs and systems of the body.

And on the out-breath a release of all lower energies back to the universe,

Back to the light creating more space in your body for your own soul's light.

And let's call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Your higher self,

I am presence or angels,

Archangels,

Guides and helpers,

Star beings,

Star races,

Star councils,

All specialist teams working with you.

Following the shift and let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane beginning the east with Raphael,

Archangel of air,

Healer magician,

The symbol of this angel is a caduceus,

A crystal wand with two golden serpents entwined and near the top they meet and where they meet two golden wings.

As you focus on that symbol invoking emerald green fire into the field to hold the space,

To hold the space.

Warrior protector angel,

Archangel of fire,

Archangel of the will,

The symbol a flaming sword of light,

The energy electric blue fire,

Call that sword and that fire into space,

To hold the space,

To hold the space.

To the west Gabriel,

Archangel of water,

Messenger angel,

Angel of the dream time,

Of emotions,

The symbol is a silver chalice,

The energy diamond white fire,

Invite that fire to hold the space,

To hold the space.

And to the north completing the circle,

Uriel,

Archangel of earth of the body,

The symbol a golden pentacle and the energy ruby red fire,

Invite that fire into the space,

To hold the space,

To hold the space.

More angels for energies and open and open,

Expanding into the horizon.

And metatron from the great central sun bringing down the light,

Down into the room,

Sealing the room,

The floor you're standing or sitting on,

The walls,

The ceiling,

The door,

The windows,

Sealing it in a golden light,

Closing it.

And bring that light down into the body,

Down to the heart that opens,

Anchor that light in the heart,

Allow chakras from the heart upwards to align with the great central sun and breathe.

To the earth below,

Of the diamond white crystalline grid,

Invite that grid up to the space,

Up to the feet,

Up to the legs like a rising tide of light,

Rising up through the torso to the heart,

Anchoring that light into the heart,

Allow all chakras from the heart downwards to align the crystalline core of the earth,

Open the inner channel and breathe light into your body,

Six angels,

Six energies,

Light and breathing into your body the polarities in the body of masculine and feminine,

Of yang and yin,

And one maybe dominant,

If one feels more dominant,

If you feel you have a stronger connection with one,

Tune into that side first,

If you do not feel either side is stronger,

Choose one,

Whether feminine or masculine,

And begin to tune into that energy,

Where in your body does that energy feel stronger,

Where is the core of this energy,

Just tuning in,

And invite the intensity of that energy,

Whether very intense or not so intense,

Notice the intensity of that polarity in your body,

And notice the energy patterns in that intensity,

Perhaps waves or ripples of energy,

Or perhaps it is more still,

Perhaps it is radiating light,

Notice the patterns of this energy as you bring it into your awareness,

Notice the colour or colours of that energy,

Becoming more conscious of this energy patterning,

And begin to breathe with that energy,

Begin to breathe with that energy.

If there is any shame or guilt attached to this polarity,

Invite that forward now,

As perhaps a denser energy attached to this polarity,

It is likely that a lot of this shame and guilt is not yours,

And you can release it out of your field,

This shame or guilt may have been picked up in this lifetime through the bloodlines,

Or you may carry it from some other lifetime.

If you sense any shame or guilt,

Surrender that shame and guilt to the crystalline core of the earth,

Or the light of the sun,

Inviting those energies into the shame and guilt into the field,

Beginning to expand it,

Disperse it,

Release it.

If there is any religious programming attached to this polarity,

Again call it forward as energy,

Perhaps denser patternings of energy within and around this polarity.

This religious programming is not yours,

It is not part of your core energy,

Release it back to the earth or back to the light of the sun.

You can invite those energies into the core of this programming and release it back to the light,

Back to the light.

Coming back to the core energy,

Feeling the location in the body,

The intensity,

The patterning of it,

The colour,

The feel of it,

And just feel your connection to this energy.

And when you're ready tuning,

Tuning into the opposite,

The other polarity,

The complementary but opposite other.

Where in your body is this other polarity located most strongly,

Where's the core of it?

Notice the intensity of it or lack of intensity.

Noticing the energy patterning,

Perhaps ripples or waves or radiation of light.

Notice the colour or colours of this energy.

Noticing the feel of the energy,

The feel of it.

And begin to breathe with that energy,

Breathe with that energy.

And if this energy feels weaker or less intense than the other energy,

You can if you wish intend a stronger connection with this polarity.

It is part of your core self.

Breathing and inviting again.

If there's any shame or guilt connected with this polarity,

Invite it forward.

And sensing this perhaps as denser energies,

Denser energies.

Surrender those energies to the core of the earth or the light of the sun.

You can invite the earth energy or the solar energy into those patternings,

Dispersing them and releasing them.

Release this energy out from your field.

Surrender it to the light,

It's not part of your core energy.

And if there's any religious programming,

Becoming more conscious of that or so,

As denser energies if there are any.

Surrendering those energies to the light of the earth or the light of the sun.

Releasing them from the core of this polarity,

It doesn't belong to you.

It's something you've picked up in some incarnation.

Releasing or something you've picked up from the bloodline,

Releasing.

Allowing more of the pure energy of this polarity to shine forth.

And notice the shift as you hold both polarities in your awareness.

Feeling the location,

Intensity,

Patterning,

Colour and feel of both polarities at the same time.

Noticing your connection to both,

Whether equal or one is stronger,

Or different somehow.

And then invite a connection between these two energies.

Notice where they meet.

The quality of that connection or lack of connection.

The quality of the intensity where these two energies meet and touch or the lack of intensity.

The quality of the patterning where they meet.

If there is any patterning,

Perhaps pulsing or vibrating or waves or ripples.

Noticing the colour or colours where they meet which may be different from the core colours of the polarities themselves.

And begin to explore and play with this meeting place.

Exploring a greater intensity,

Intending a greater intensity or a less strong intensity.

Playing with one,

Becoming stronger than the other.

And then reversing that play.

Reversing that play.

Perhaps introducing a new colour into the meeting place,

Perhaps the golden light of the sun or the diamond white of the earth.

Playing with this energy,

The connection of these two energies.

Notice the range of expression of these two energies.

And perhaps choosing to explore,

Expanding that range of expression.

Expanding the colour range.

The feeling range.

The range of intensity.

The quality of the patterning,

Expanding it,

Playing with it.

You have explored a vast range of gender and sexual expression.

Invite that multidimensional sense of play and exploration now into your field.

Expanding the range of energies available to you in this earth body.
