This meditation is designed to invoke an energy from a past pristine earth and also a future and also calling elements from the crystalline grid to protect our energy field from radiation.

From 360 degrees,

Light into the core of your body.
And on the out-breath,
An expansion of light and a releasing of lower energies back to the universe,

Allowing more of your own natural light into the physical body.
And following that cycle of breath,
Inviting light on the in-breath into every cell of your body.
Light from the universe around you into the cells.
And on the out-breath,
A purging and release of lower toxic energy.
Lower frequency energy you have picked up from other people in the matrix.
Releasing it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space,
More freedom in your energy field for more of your own light.
