Norse Goddess Freyja Transmission: Soul Retrieval
by Steve Nobel
The Norse Goddess Freyja’s name comes from an old Germanic word meaning ‘Lady’ or possibly meaning ‘Lady of the Vanir’. The Vanir pantheon of Scandinavia are strongly associated with fertility, nature, and certain types of magic. In some ways Freyja could be compared with the Greek Goddess of Love, Aphrodite, and the Roman Goddess Venus, though she also possesses many magical qualities and in this way also resembles the Egyptian Goddess Isis. One of her main magical gifts was her gift of prophecy, which included not only the ability to look into the future, but she was also able to influence the future. She was often depicted riding a chariot drawn by large cats. In this transmission, we call on the Goddess and her Allies for assistance in releasing soul fragments that do not belong to you and then in calling back fragmented aspects of your soul that need to be healed and returned.
