Nature Spirits Meditation

In this meditation, we call your team in Spirit, Archangels, and grids to open a doorway in your energy fields. This door leads to a garden where we connect with a guide who leads you deep into the garden. There you are invited to connect with three levels of nature spirits. The first level is the rock/crystal spirits. The second level is the tree/plant spirits. The third level is the animal spirits.

Connecting with the Devic Kingdom meditation.

And we begin with open body,

Open mind.

And connect to the cycle of breath.

On the in-breath,

The invitation of light into your body.

Light from the universe around you.

And on the out-breath,

The purging and releasing of lower energies you've picked up in this world.

Sending it back to the universe,

Back to the light.

Allowing more light,

More space in your body,

Energetically.

Following that cycle of breath,

On the in-breath,

The invitation of light from the universe around you.

Into the bones,

Blood and cells of your body.

And on the out-breath,

A purging and releasing of lower energies back to the light.

And to prepare for this meditation,

Let's connect with the body elemental.

Your body elemental.

Placing the non-dominant hand on the sacral,

On the belly.

And with your breath,

Beginning to send love and appreciation to the body elemental on the out-breath.

Thanking it for all the work it does for you in maintaining the well-being and vitality of your physical form.

You could also imagine sending love through your hand,

Perhaps in the form of a great wave of pink light going deep into the sacral.

And from there,

Radiating out through your body.

Just following that cycle of breath,

Connecting to the body elemental,

Asking for its love and support in this meditation.

In helping you connect with the David Kingdom.

Let's call your team in spirit,

Your higher self,

Your monadic self,

The Oversoul.

All helpers,

Guides,

Angels working with you.

All star races working with you.

All specialist teams in spirit working with you.

Come be with you now,

Come be with you now.

And let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane.

Beginning in the east with Raphael,

Archangel of Air,

The element of air.

The symbol of this angel is a crystal wand.

As you focus on that crystal wand,

You invoke the energy of this angel,

Which is Emerald Green Fire,

To hold the space.

And turning clockwise from the east to the south,

The place of Michael,

Archangel Michael,

Of the element of fire.

The symbol of this angel is a sword of flaming blue light and the energy electric blue fire.

Invite that fire into your field to hold the space,

To hold the space.

Turning to the west,

We call Archangel Gabriel of water,

The element of water.

The symbol of this angel is a silver chalice or silver cup and the energy diamond white fire.

As you focus on the symbol,

Inviting that angel's energy into the field to hold the space,

To hold the space.

And completing the circle of the horizontal plane,

We turn to the north,

Archangel Uriel of the north of Earth.

The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle and the energy ruby red fire.

Inviting that fire into your field to hold the space.

Four angels,

Four energies and open.

The four archangels of the elements of the earth plane.

Air,

Fire,

Water,

Earth.

And let's call the two archangels holding the vertical force plane,

Beginning with Metatron from the great central sun.

Calling on Metatron to bring a great column of golden white fire down through the stargate of our sun,

Down into the space you're in.

A grid of golden white fire filling the walls,

The doors,

The windows,

The ceiling,

The floor.

Closing the whole space in light and all objects in that space.

Invite that energy through your body all the way down to the heart.

Anchoring this grid of light in the heart,

Allowing all chakras from the heart upwards to align with the great central sun.

And breathe and open.

And let's call to Sandaphon from the crystalline grid of the earth,

Within Gaia.

Diamond white crystalline grid to bring up that grid up to the feet,

Up to the space you're in.

Up to the legs,

Helping you ground your body and your energy fields deep into the crystalline grid of the earth of Gaia.

Up to the base and up through the base to the heart,

Anchoring into the heart.

Allow all chakras from the heart down to align with the crystalline grid of the earth.

And breathe and open the inner channel,

Open the inner channel between heaven and earth.

And I call to your higher self and the angels to help to create a doorway into your inner world.

That doorway may appear before you,

To the left of you or to the right of you.

That doorway may appear as light,

It may appear as an ordinary door,

An ancient door,

A futuristic door,

A contemporary door of any shape,

Any color,

Any material.

Call the door now.

Stand in front of the door.

Feel this door as an opening to your inner world.

On the other side is a garden,

A garden that represents your energy.

When you're ready,

Open the door.

Step through the door into the garden and open your inner senses.

Your sense of seeing,

Color,

Shape and form.

Your sense of hearing,

Sound and silence.

Your sense of feeling,

Touching,

Knowing,

Intuiting.

Feeling your feet on the ground.

Your sense of smell and taste.

Open all of your senses to this garden and notice what kind of garden is this.

What kind of garden?

Is it a garden with many wildflowers?

Is it a garden that's quite looked after?

Is it colorful?

Is it green?

Notice all the elements in this garden.

Of air,

The sky above you.

Of fire,

If there's any element of fire that you can see or notice.

Of water,

If there's any water feature in this garden.

And of earth,

And the whole garden will be held by earth of course.

Let's call a guide into this garden.

A guide.

That guide may be a nature spirit,

A fairy,

An animal guide,

A human guide,

An angel or your higher self,

A being of light.

Invite into the garden a guide,

Trusting your first impressions.

Feel the guide approaching you.

Notice the feel of the guide,

The form of the guide.

Whether the guide may be male or female,

Young or old,

Or both or neither.

Feel your connection to this guide in the transmission of light.

I ask your guide to lead you through the garden to a place of stone and crystal.

Follow the guide through the garden to a particular place of stone and crystal.

And in this place,

Begin to feel the power of the earth.

Begin to feel the innate guiding intelligence of nature here.

Know that the place here is alive with the innate intelligence of nature.

Begin to connect with the stone and crystal.

Feel your connection to the stone and crystal.

You may feel that connection in the heart or somewhere else.

And if you have a question,

You can ask the stone and crystal beings.

A question if you wish,

About your life,

About your awakening,

Your journey,

Your path.

They may choose to answer you.

They may choose to answer that question directly or answer an even more important question that you have not asked them.

Open now to a communication of love between you and the stone and crystal beings.

And let's thank the stone and crystal beings.

I ask your guide now to lead you to a place in the garden where the energy of plant and tree is very strong.

Follow the guide and you will be led to a place of plant and tree.

And here,

Feel the power of the earth.

Feel the innate guiding intelligence of nature.

Feel a connection to the plant and tree beings.

Feel a connection in love.

If you need any particular healing,

Ask now the plant and tree beings for this healing.

And open to a transmission of light.

And let's thank all the plant and tree beings for their love.

And I ask your guide now to lead you to a place where you can connect in this garden with the animal kingdom.

Where you can feel the innate guiding intelligence within the animal kingdom.

Go now with your guide to a place where you can meet an animal being.

A spirit animal.

Power animal.

And trust whichever being wants to present itself.

And feel your connection to this being.

Feel the wisdom and power within this being.

And open now if the being wants to take you on a journey.

To show you something you need to see.

Open now to be taken on a journey.

To experience something you need to experience.

The elements are alive in this garden.

Nature spirits are alive in this garden.
