Living On Light Transmission: Expand Your Capacity For Absorbing Prana

This transmission assists Starseeds to incorporate light as part of their daily intake of energy. This is part of the shift from 3D density to a lighter 5D physical body. The body can't get all of its nutrients from physical food, as the soil of the planet is mostly too degraded. We need a higher frequency of light to start replacing the heavier aspects of our diet. Please note: this transmission is not intended to shift you into giving up all physical food, rather, it will assist in shifting your diet by including more light.

Welcome to this Living on Light transmission.

This track will assist starseeds to incorporate more light as part of their daily intake of energy.

This is all part of the shift from 3D density to a lighter 5D body.

Please note that this transmission is not intended to shift you into giving up all physical food entirely.

Rather,

It is intended to assist you in shifting your diet to include more light.

So as always,

Open,

Breathe,

Soft and relax,

Open body,

Open mind position.

Uncrossing arms and legs,

Un-crossing the mind to be open and breathing,

Breathing more light into the body.

And as always,

We begin by calling your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance.

Your higher self,

Iron presence,

All beings of light assisting you,

Angels,

Star races and in particular any beings that will help you make this particular shift.

Just call them now in your mind.

Following the cycle of breath,

On the in-breath,

Taking in more light into the body and on the out-breath releasing anything that doesn't serve you.

Following the cycle of breath and calling your team in spirit and allowing them to assemble around you,

Holding you in light.

And to begin we call ultraviolet fire angels to begin to cleanse and seal your energy field in a sphere of light.

Ultraviolet fire angels sealing your field from outside interference and rippling light through your physical body.

Sending light down through your field and also up through your field releasing what can be released.

Just allowing that rippling action from ultraviolet fire angels sealing your field and cleansing your field.

As always we call the angels of the horizontal plane beginning in the east with Raphael.

The East is the place of the rising sun.

Welcoming Raphael and the symbol of Raphael is the caduceus.

A crystal wand with two golden serpents topped by golden wings.

As you focus on the symbol you call the angel to you which is emerald green fire.

Allowing waves of emerald green fire to pass through the physical body and also through the etheric body,

The chakra system and also the emotional body and mental body.

Helping to align all of your fields with your infinite multi-dimensional self.

Helping anywhere you're entangled in lower 3D energies or the matrix dissolving and aligning you to a higher matrix.

Just breathe and allow this to happen.

And to the south we call Michael warrior protector angel,

Angel of fire.

The symbol of this angel is a sword of light.

And the energy is electric blue fire.

Inviting the energy of Michael into your field as waves of light passing through the physical,

Etheric,

Emotional and mental bodies.

Clearing,

Cleansing,

Releasing you from the 3D matrix.

Aligning you to a high frequency of light.

Breathing and allowing and opening.

And calling Gabriel of the West,

Archangel of water,

Messenger angel,

Angel of the dream time.

Symbol of this angel is a silver chalice,

A silver cup.

And the energy is diamond white fire.

Allowing that fire to ripple through your energy field,

Physical body,

Etheric body,

Emotional body,

Mental body.

Only the emotional body washing away any energies attaching you to the 3D matrix,

Any trapped emotions.

Releasing in diamond white fire,

Releasing.

And to the north is Uriel,

Archangel of earth,

Of structure,

Of the physical body.

The symbol of that angel is a golden pentacle,

A five pointed star in a circle of light.

And the energy is ruby red fire,

Allowing that angel to send waves of light through your field.

Clearing and aligning the physical body to a high frequency of light.

Breathing four angels,

Four fires,

Rippling through your field,

Aligning you with your infinite multi-dimensional self.

And we call to the vertical force angels,

Metatron and Sandalphon.

And Sandalphon brings up the crystal line grid.

This fairy like white crystal energy up to the feet.

And bringing the energy up through the legs.

And entering the body,

Passing through the base and sacral.

Solar plexus anchoring into the heart.

Bring the grid of the earth into the heart.

Allow all chakras from the heart downwards to align with the crystalline grid of the earth.

And just allowing those waves to hold you in a high frequency of light.

Up to the heart.

Whole lower part of your body being held by the crystalline grid,

Aligning with that grid.

And as this is happening let's call down Metatron and the Christ grid from the sun and central sun.

Down into the room of golden white fiery grid.

Down towards the top of the head and passing through the head.

Down through the head and through the neck and chest.

Anchoring into the heart.

And feel the whole upper part of your body being held by this fiery grid from the sun and central sun.

Allow all chakras from the heart upwards to align with that grid.

And breathing and opening.

I ask your higher self and team in spirit to help balance these two grids in the highest of best effect aligning all of the energy bodies,

Chakras,

Meridians,

Nadis,

Cells,

DNA,

Subatomics and all layers of the light body to these new frequencies of light.

Use the frequency of the nervous and hormonal systems to accommodate more light.

Encode all frequencies coming through these grids whether mathematical,

Geometric,

Light,

Color,

Sound,

Light language or other at whatever level to integrate and ground in every layer of your being,

Your consciousness,

Your body,

Your reality.

Breathing two grids of light and prepare for the shift now.

Prepare for the shift.

And breathing and opening and allowing the sun as feminine to radiate through the Christ grid.

And to feel waves of light.

At the center of our solar system is the sun.

Even though the sun has both masculine and feminine poles,

It's time now to focus on the feminine aspect.

And see the sun as nurturer,

As provider,

As sustainer.

Open to waves of energy.

Rippling through the grid.

And through your field.

The feminine sun.

Breathing and opening.

And as you do this,

Place one hand on the sacral center.

It's time to speak to your body elemental,

To your body consciousness.

Speak to your body,

This is the time of ascension.

The energy of the universe is shifting.

The energy from our sun is shifting.

The energy behind the sun,

The central sun is shifting.

This is a new time.

Now there is a new light,

A new opening,

A new dawning.

It's time to shift away from the old way of absorbing energy into a new way.

It's time to integrate more light into your daily diet.

More light into the cellular system,

Into the blood,

Into the organs,

Into the digestive system of the body.

It's time to absorb and integrate more light,

More prana.

For light is information,

Light is food.

Sending this message to the body elemental.

And let's ask any aspects of the body elemental aligned to the old 3D matrix of absorbing energy through only physical food can be released back to the crystalline grid.

Any aspects of the body consciousness that cannot align with a higher frequency of light,

A higher way of absorbing energy release from your body.

And just allow aspects of the body consciousness to release that no longer wish to serve you.

And these are almost like fairy like beings which are part of the body consciousness.

The body is run by an elemental consciousness.

Many different aspects of this consciousness,

Some of those aspects can be released now.

Releasing and asking for new elemental beings from the crystalline grid to be absorbed into the body.

New elemental forces to be absorbed into the body consciousness.

Forces that are aligned with the 5D grid and timeline.

That can absorb more light from the sun.

Just allow this process to continue.

While this is happening,

I ask your higher self for a symbol of living on light.

This symbol is usually a triangular crystal or a star shaped crystal.

Or you may be given some variation on this.

A symbol,

A symbol to allow you to breathe in light from the sun.

See this symbol form in front of you.

If you do not see this symbol,

Then just take a golden triangular crystal,

Perhaps 18 inches tall.

So placing that symbol a few feet away from you.

Placing it between your solar plexus chakra and the sun.

And allowing light to flow through the grid.

And then rippling through this symbol,

This crystal symbol and drinking this light through it.

Breathing light and you might feel an intensification of light as you breathe into the solar plexus.

Empowering the solar plexus,

All layers,

Levels and dimensions.

Opening and expanding.

Allowing the solar plexus to become a mini sun.

All layers,

Levels,

Dimensions.

And as this is happening,

Allowing the light in the solar plexus to ripple out into every cell of your body.

Every cell of your body becoming a mini sun.

Breathing any energies of the 3D matrix and absorbing light into cells of the body.

Allowing every cell to drink in light.

To take nutrients directly from the sun.

Light from the grid.

Invigorating the whole body,

Light.

And just follow the cycle of breath,

Breathing in light into every cell of the body and on the out breath releasing any lower energies.

And just follow the cycle of breath,

Breathing in light into every cell of the body and on the out breath releasing any lower energies.

And just follow the cycle of breath,

Breathing in light into every cell of the body and on the out breath releasing any lower energies.

And just allowing the body consciousness to help you absorb that light into every cell of the body.

As an absorption of light,

Invigoration of light to every cell.

Rejuvenating every cell of the body.

Just allowing this to happen so that every cell of the body becomes a mini sun in its own right.

So there is a direct connection between the cells of your body and the sun as a source of light.

The feminine sun,

Sustainer,

Supporter,

Nurturer,

Feeding you directly.

Breathing light into every cell of the body,

Rejuvenating the cells,

Allowing the cells to absorb even more light,

Releasing any limits that the body consciousness may have placed in the past.

Now it's time to allow every cell to be expanded in light.

Every cell to become a mini sun in its own right.

And as that's happening,

Breathing light through the grid,

Through the symbol,

The crystal into the solar plexus and from there into the blood of the body.

Blood of the body.

Breathing light into the blood of the body,

Red cells,

White cells,

Fluid of the blood.

Allowing the blood,

Allowing the blood to absorb more light directly from the sun.

So cells and blood,

Breathing in light,

Living on light.

Light into the blood,

Rejuvenating the blood.

As that's happening,

Breathing light through the grid,

Through the crystal into the solar plexus and from there into the digestive system.

The large and small intestines,

Releasing 3D energies,

Invigorating the whole system with light into the walls of the gut.

And asking the body consciousness to shift,

Programming in the gut to absorb more light.

So the gut can absorb light.

And at this moment absorbing light directly through the solar plexus into your body,

Into the digestive system.

And from there,

Breathing in light into the organs of the body via the solar plexus and most especially the organs of digestion,

Liver,

Pancreas,

Spleen,

Gallbladder and also kidneys and bladder.

All organs of the body.

Light.

Allowing the organs of the body to drink directly from the Christ grid,

The ascension grid,

From the light of the feminine sun.

Light.

And allowing this to happen,

Light into the cells of the body,

Light into the blood of the body,

Light into the digestive system of the body and all organs of the body,

Especially the digestive organs.

Light.

And bringing that light also into the nervous system,

Brain,

Spinal cord and all nerves.

Light.

Improving the programming in the nervous system.

To drink in more light.

Light.

Waves of light,

Gentle light passing through your body.

And focusing now on the symbol itself.

The symbol is triangular crystal or star shaped crystal or whatever variation you've been given.

And through that crystal now,

Contemplate the feminine sun.

Feminine sun as nurturer.

While the body consciousness is recalibrating,

Absorbing more light,

Focusing now on the feminine sun and feel the universe as safe.

There's a shift happening now.

Feel the universe as safe.

To be fully nurtured,

It's important to feel safe.

And during the 3D matrix patriarchy,

This reality was not always safe and most often was not safe.

Focusing now on a new reality,

Seeing the sun as goddess,

As nurturer,

Holding you in light.

And sending that light now around your whole auric field.

Through the crystal into your auric field,

All layers and levels,

All dimensions of your auric field.

Light or timelines.

And feel that nurturing safety aspect being absorbed into every layer of your auric field.

Breathing and opening and softening,

Relaxing,

Being held by the goddess energy through the portal of the sun.

Moving on all beings,

Working in the Christ grid to help shift your energy field to align to a high frequency of light,

Enabling you to drink in more light.

Into the cells,

The blood,

Digestive system,

Organs,

Nervous system,

All layers of the aura.

Light.

Releasing the need of your body for heavier denser foods.

Light plus a lighter diet is the ideal for the 5D shift.

Breathing,

Allowing the shift in the body now,

All layers of your light field to align with these rays of the sun so that you can drink in this light.

Releasing the denser,

Absorbing the higher.

Sending light and appreciation to your body elemental.

Send light and appreciation to the body elemental.

For all the work it's been doing for you and continues to do for you.

Holding all the functions of the body,

Send light and love to that part of you.

And feel this part of you working to absorb light from the energy of the sun and the central sun.

Just notice the body elemental as it comes online with this work.

The body elemental understands it's time to shift,

The way we absorb and integrate light into the body or systems.

Light is information that speaks directly to the body consciousness.

Light is food and energy.

Just breathing and opening,

Allowing the waves of light through the crystal into the body and also around the whole energy field,

Your auric field.

And breathe and open,

Allowing for gentler intensification of the light to a level that you can tolerate.

Through all systems of the body,

All aspects of your energy fields.

And when you're ready,

Begin to take that symbol,

Bring it into the solar plexus chakra.

That crystal,

That triangular crystal or star shaped crystal,

Bring it into the solar plexus chakra,

Absorbing it there as light and you can call this symbol out of your field anytime you need to breathe in light.

Absorbing it now into the body and allow for absorption of light in all aspects of the physical body and your energetic bodies.

I ask ultraviolet fire angels again to reinforce the ceiling of your energy field.

Sealing light into energy field and physical body.
