The lowest frequency on the Solfeggio scale is 174Hz and this helps in relieving stress, tension, and pain. This frequency has a slow and soothing quality to it. Infra-red is known to assist in healing wounds, reducing pain, and assisting in chronic conditions. Together using 174Hz and Infrared this creates a powerful healing and regenerative effect on the body.
