Higher Light Decree: Clearing The Third Eye

Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence of which you are part.

This is an extended track that begins with some spoken statements and then continues with only the music audible as the same statements are subliminal.
