Thank you!! I have been feeling many emotions in response to one person and my unhealthy attachment to them (depression, sadness, anger - to name a few). However, I slowly felt these emotions leave me during the meditation and I am now feeling so much calmer and in control 🙏💞

thank you Steve for guiding my morning meditation today. i’m trusting myself to begin this emotional body clearing first, and then do more clearing in other areas. i can confirm from a body scan that there’s more lightness, esp through the shielding as you’ve instructed.
