The in-breath is the invitation of light from the universe around you into your physical body.

And this star can be found,
If you imagine a line from the Orion's Belt to the right of the Orion's Belt,

You'll find the bright star Aldebaran,
Which is also known as the fiery eye of the bull in the constellation of Taurus.

Into your physical body.
Anywhere you are holding low frequency energies,
Dense vibrations,
On the out-breath purge and release,
Surrendering them to the universe,
Surrendering them to the horizon.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body.
And following that cycle of breath,
The in-breath is light into the emotional body.
A fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.
Breathing light from the stars into the emotional body.
Anywhere you are holding dense energies,
Emotional energies that don't belong to you on the out-breath purge and release,
Sending them back to the light.
Allowing more space in your emotional body for your own soul's light.

A fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the emotional and physical bodies.

The symbol of this angel is a crystal wand.
And the energy is emerald green fire.
Focusing on the wand and calling that fire into your personal space.

To the south is Michael,
Archangel of the element of fire,
Archangel of the will,
Warrior protector angel.
The symbol of this angel is a sword of flaming blue light.
The energy is electric blue fire.
Focusing on the sword and inviting that fire into your space.
Just opening to that fire.
To the west is Gabriel,
Archangel of water,
Archangel of the emotions,
Messenger angel.
The symbol of this angel is a silver chalice.
The energy,
Diamond white fire.
As you focus on the symbol,
Inviting that fire to join you.

And to the north,
Archangel Uriel of earth.
The symbol of golden pentacle.
The energy is ruby red fire.
Focus on the symbol and invite that fire into your space.

And let's invite the archangels of the vertical force plane,
Metatron and Sandefon.
Beginning with Metatron,
We call on this angel to bring down the Christ grid,
The cosmic Christ grid down,
Through the stargate of our sun down,
Into this dimension of the earth.
Down into the structure of the building you're in.
The walls,
Floors,
Ceilings,
Doors,
Windows around you.
Closing off the space in a white gold light.
Just feeling that grid connecting with you.
Cosmic Christ grid.
Shifting your energy,
Uplifting your energy.
Let's also call to Sandefon of the earth below,
Crystalline grid of the earth below,
To bring up that diamond white crystalline light up to the feet.
Up to your legs.
Up to the base.
Up to the pelvic area.
Feel this grid grounding you,
Holding you at the same time and grounding you.

I call now to archangels from the star system Aldebaran to come and join you.
Four archangels joining the archangels of the horizontal plane.
One in each direction.
These archangels radiate a brilliant amber gold pink light.
They begin to create around you a spherical force field.
This force field looks like a sphere with many facets,
Like a large faceted jewel around you.
This spherical force field begins to connect you to the energies of Aldebaran and to the ascended beings who live within that star system.
Allow the spherical light grid to transport you to Aldebaran.
Begins to transport you to a large space within that star system that looks like a very large golden amber temple.
As you arrive in that high dimensional temple,
The force field around you begins to dissolve,
Allowing you to properly enter the temple space.
A large golden amber temple.
Feel the high vibration of this space.
A six dimensional civilization is connected to this temple.
Into the space enter some tall slender light beings from Aldebaran.
Feel them enter and greet these beings of light,
Feeding your connection to them.
Just open as they begin to transmit light codes from the Aldebaran star system and also the Aldebaran star race to you.
Light codes of amber,
Gold and orange.
Sending you light and support whilst living on the earth plane that's going through the pangs of birth.
The pangs of birth into a higher light,
A higher consciousness.
Just open now to light from this advanced civilization.
Feeling the vibration of their cities of light,
Their civilization of light.
There is a great wisdom in this race,
A great peace,
A great love radiating from here.
This is the eventual future of humanity to become a higher vibrational civilization,
Though that destiny is still some years into the future.

As the light from Aldebaran begins to seek out and clear any fear you hold around the death process itself.
Clearing fear from the cells of your body,
From all layers of your being.
Reminding you that you are an eternal soul.
That you have an eternal body of light beyond this physical body.
And just open to the final phase of this transmission.
Allowing the colours to shift as they wish as the light codes enter your field.
Expanding the light in your energy fields,

And eventually the transmission begins to decrease and the light beings bow to you and leave the temple.
Just taking a breath,
Absorbing the transmission and once again archangels from the star Aldebaran create this force field,
A many fasted force field around you.
And this force field begins to transport you back to the earth plane in this time and space.
The archangels then begin to reduce in size this force field to form a protective layer in your outer aura.
A protective layer also reminding you of your connection to the stars and to ascended races such as that of Aldebaran.
And then the archangels of Aldebaran leave.
