Affirmations: I AM The Cleansing Light Of Courage.

Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is a choice, courage is an energy. Everything on the earth plane is energy. Just as fear is energy. Courage is also energy. One that exists at a higher frequency of possibility. One that opens new doors.

The world is our mirror. The world reflects back to us our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, intentions, choices and actions. We can change our experience of the outer world by reprogramming our consciousness with new seed thoughts.
