Feeling that your core is connected to the crystalline core of the earth.
And that very naturally with your breath you can draw up crystalline etheric energy from the crystalline grid of the earth.
Into the core of your body,
The point of light at the core of your body.
Breathing crystalline ethereal light up into the core of your body.
Allowing your core to be activated and invigorated.
Allowing this light to begin to radiate out from that point of light throughout your physical body.

Light into the systems and organs of the body.
