And as you focus on the cycle of breath I call your higher self as a being of light around you.
You may sense this being perhaps descending from the core of the sun.
Allow your higher self to embrace you in light,
To hold you in light.
And your higher self opens the way to connect you to your guides and angels.
And your higher self connects you to a point of light in the core of the earth.
And also to a point of light in the core of the sun.
I call on Archangels of the Sun and Earth to also hold you in light.
Just allow this connection to shift your energy.
And to assist in the power of this exercise,
I call up grounding chords from the core of earth,
Platinum silver white up.
Into the core of your base chakra.
Grounding you and also opening the base.
I call light down from core of sun.
White gold light.
Flowing down into the third eye,
Through crown to third eye.
Anchoring into the third eye and opening the third eye.
Just allow a great opening in the third eye at all layers and levels to receive light at this time of the Lionsgate 8-8.
Allow streams of light down through head crown.
Third eye,
Throat down to the heart,
Anchoring into the heart.
Opening the heart,
All layers and levels.
Helping your heart receive light at this time of the Lions Gate 8-8.
So just feeling into this time,
This peak energy of the Lions Gate.
Feel your connection to the incoming light through the portal of the star Sirius.
This blue gold star.
And this star is transmitting light now as information.
Open your heart and third eye to receive this light.
One layer of this light and information concerns the evolutionary arc of planet Earth as she enters into the age of Aquarius.
Just feel into this layer of light,
Containing information about the destiny of planet earth.
That includes some Earth changes,
Earth shifts.
Changing in weather patterns.
Changes in the core of planet Earth herself,
The crystalline grid of the Earth.
Another layer of this light.
Contains information about the evolutionary arc of the human family.
The human family itself is changing in consciousness.
Some souls will no longer journey here,
They will journey elsewhere.
And new souls are coming.
Higher frequency souls are coming.
Changing the whole destiny of this planet and the human family.
Another layer of this light concerns information about your evolutionary arc in this earth plane.
And also beyond the earth plane.
Information about why you are here,
Why you chose to be here at this time,
This time of ascension.
And breathing and opening,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Allowing.
Just allowing this light and information to be absorbed at the cellular level.
And from there into the very DNA of your body.
So just enjoying the transmission,
Enjoying the absorption of light.
Feeling grounded.
Eventually the transmission of light from Sirius begins to decrease.
And allowing a certain level of closing in the third eye.
A certain level of closing also in the heart.
Releasing the Archangels of Sun and Earth.
