5D Ascension Exercise - Multidimensional Soul Retrieval

Soul retrieval is an ancient shamanic healing practice to remedy soul loss. It is based on the concept that physical, emotional, or psychic trauma causes parts of a person's life force or "soul essence" to split off and leave the body as a protective survival mechanism. A shamanic practitioner then journeys into the spirit world to locate, heal, and bring back these lost fragments.
This track is split in two parts. The first part concerns called back soul fragments that are ready to return. For the second part we journey back in time and space to find a soul fragment that has not come back and needs a little persuading and assistance to return.

Welcome to 5D Ascension Exercise. Multidimensional Soul Retrieval. So focusing on your breath. Focusing on that cycle of breath. The in-breath that turns eventually into the out-breath. Allow this focus to bring you into the present moment. On the in-breath invite light from the universe around. Into the physical body. All layers and levels. Light into the bones, Blood, Organs, Systems and cells. Anywhere you are holding heavy, Dense energy on the out-breath purge and release. Sending it all back to the universe, Back to the light. And in this purging allowing more space in your body for more of your own soul's light. And on the in-breath inviting light into your energy fields, All layers and levels. Light from the Universe. You in any way you are holding heavy, Dense, Stagnant, Toxic energy. Perhaps that does not belong to you, Or that does not align with you, Does not serve you. On the out-breath purge and release, Sending it back to the universe, Back to the light. And in this purging making more space for more of your own soul's light in your energy fields. And as you follow that cycle of breath, Invite now your higher self as a being of light from the higher dimensions to descend and surround you and hold you in light. Just allowing your higher self to connect with you in this way. And as your higher self holds you. Your Higher Self also opens the way for your guides, Including Stellar Race Guides, To connect with you. And just set the intention for this journey together that you're going to call back all fragmented light that you have lost in this lifetime that needs to come back now for healing, Clearing and reintegration. I ask your higher self to call your shamanic guides. Also to call Power Animal Guides working with you. Such as bears, Wolves, Wild cats and so on. And if you have any mythological guides, Such as unicorns, Dragons, Calling them also. Ones that know the process of soul retrieval. You Just allow all of these guides to gather. Feel your connection with them. And I call on your higher self to connect you to a point of light in the core of the Earth. Helping to ground your energy for this journey. Calling on Archangels of the Earth to hold you in light. Allow grounding cords from the core of the earth up. Into your field platinum silver white up into the feet. Up into the base, Grounding you for the journey. I ask your higher self to connect you to a point of light in the sun. Connecting your energy to the light of the sun. Calling archangels of the sun to hold you in light for this journey. To begin. Call into your hands a large etheric crystal from the universe, Perhaps the size of an apple or a grapefruit, Small grapefruit. This crystal is a soul catcher crystal that is highly magnetic, Highly specialised. It will be clear quartz usually. Anywhere you have fragmented or lost your light as a young adult. Through any form of abuse or stress or trauma. That is ready to return now, Call it back from the universe into the crystal, Not into your body. Calling any light that was not accepted in your reality, That felt it had to leave you at some point in your life. Any light that left you because it felt unsafe. Call all light now from your young adult years and see it returning into the crystal coming from 360 degrees. And seal it in the crystal. Eventually the light stops coming. You can surrender that crystal to your higher self and angels. For clearing and healing in the Temple of Light. An eventual return when the time is ready. Call another soul-catching crystal into your hands. Again, Size of an apple or a small grapefruit. Most often clear quartz. Anywhere you have fragmented or lost your light as an adolescent through any form of abuse, Stress, Neglect or trauma that is ready to return to you now. Any light not accepted in your reality at the time. Any light that left you through feeling unsafe, Call it back now. Not into your body but into the crystal. And see light coming from 360 degrees, Any light that's ready to return, Into the crystal, Sealing it there. And when the light stops coming, Surrender that crystal up to your higher self and guides and angels. To take to a temple of healing for clearing, Healing and eventual reintegration. Call another soul catcher crystal into your hands from the universe. This time, Anywhere you have fragmented or lost your light as a child. Through any form of abuse, Stress, Neglect or trauma that is ready to return now. Call it back into the crystal. Any light that was not accepted in your reality that had to leave. And he likely left you because he did not feel safe. Sea light returning 360 degrees and coming into the crystal that you are holding up. Sailing it there! When the light stops coming, Hand this crystal to your higher self and angels. To take to a temple of healing for clearing healing. And ultimately to be returned for reintegration. You you Just breathing. Allow that process to happen. And now I ask your higher self and shamanic guides to reveal a time, An important time, A major time. When your light left you in this lifetime due to some incident and this light has not returned. Call into your hands from the universe another soulcatcher crystal. Connect once again to your shamanic guides and power animals and mythological guides. We're going to journey to a time just before this incident happened. A time just before you experience soul loss. Travel back in time with your guides. Go and see a younger version of yourself just before this incident happened. Allow the incident to unfold in slow motion. And watch your light fragment. As the light fragments. Follow the light with your guides. The light may flee to another dimension. It may flee to the lower worlds or it may flee to the upper worlds. It may flee to a dimension where it can hide or feel safe in some way. Perhaps your light is hiding in a cave or tree or rock. Perhaps it's hiding in some safe space that you know in this lifetime. Perhaps in some form of sanctuary in a higher dimension. Follow the light and find its hiding place. When you find the hiding place, Connect with that light. And speak with it. Tell it it's time to return. Your reality is different now. Everything is different now. Your reality is safer now. Ask for the assistance of your guides in this process. Hold up the soul catcher and call back the light into the crystal. And when all of that light is held there. Begin to return back with your guides to this dimension. Coming back to this reality. And when you return, Connecting with your higher self and angels. And pass them this crystal. For clearing, Healing and eventual reintegration. Just take a moment to connect with your shamanic guides, With your power animal guides and mythological guides. They may have a message for you. And then thank them and release them, Allow them to go back into their own dimension. Let's thank your own higher self. Your own personal guides and angels, Releasing them with thanks. Coming back to the here and now. And just know all of this light will be returned to you at the right time and right pace. Many blessings.
