5D Ascension Exercise Lyran Starseeds The Lyrans are an ancient stellar race.
And many starseeds on earth have a connection to this race.
Perhaps you were called to this track,
Since you feel you have a connection to the Lyran stellar race,
Or you feel called to explore this connection to Lyra.
Lyran starseeds are old and wise souls.
They have experienced lives in many planes of existence,
Though Lyra will feel like a distant home of sorts.
Lyran starseeds tend to have a powerful magnetic aura,
Even though this is not often recognized by the Lyran starseeds themselves.
There tends to be an innate spiritual depth to Lyran starseeds,
And they are often drawn to exploring mystical pathways in order to know the many mysteries of the universe.
And taking a breath,
Coming to a point of stillness,
Becoming aware of the cycle of breath,
With this focus bringing your mind to a quiet space,
Releasing all concerns from the past or future,
Just as you know how,
Focusing on the present moment with the cycle of breath.
And with this practice,
Become more aware of a point of light in the center of your heart that may feel like a tiny radiant diamond.
With the in-breath,
Allow this point to ignite and radiate light throughout your body,
Feeling this point of light connected to the crystalline grid of the earth,
That you can draw up ethereal white light from the earth into that point,
Helping to increase your radiance,
As well as grounding more deeply into the crystalline grid of the earth,
The core of the earth,
The heart of the earth.
And staying focused on that cycle of breath,
Also becoming aware that this point of light in the heart is connected to the crystalline core of the sun,
And with each breath you can draw light down into that point of light,
Increasing the general radiance of the point and your whole being,
As you also ground more deeply into the ascension grid emanating from the core of the sun.
Allow this focus on the crystalline core of the earth and the crystalline core of the sun to assist you in raising your overall vibration.
And in this practice,
Let's now invoke archangels connected to the lyre and starseed race,
Calling on those archangels to begin to enter your space.
Archangels of lyre are holding your space in light,
Allowing them to build light around you that may feel in some way like a protective womb of light,
Bathing you and holding you in light.
Just breathing and allowing that womb to build,
Space,
Protective space to build,
Protecting you from some of the lower denser energies of the earth plane,
Connecting you to higher beings of light.
Let us also call ascended beings from lyre,
And also from the council of lyre,
The overlighting council of lyre to enter your space,
To also begin transmitting light to you within this protective womb space.
Light codes being transmitted to you,
Reminding you of your longstanding connection with lyre,
Just opening and softening,
Opening to this transmission.
As the ascended beings remind you that you have journeyed far,
That you are not alone,
That you are held in love,
Held in light.
The ascended beings from lyre understand you have a mission here,
A reason to be here at this time.
Calling on archangels and ascended beings of lyre to begin clearing your energy fields,
Energy centers,
Aura,
From any imprint of being a wanderer soul,

Clearing any grief around having to leave your original home planet,
