Welcome to this 5d ascension exercise.
Crystalline feminine and masculine play and as always becoming aware of the cycle of breath and as you've practiced many times allowing that constant rhythm of the in and out breath to connect you to the core of your being and to the present moment.
Just going into silence connecting to the breath.
Allowing the energies of the universe,
The archangels that you've connected with so well in many of the transmissions to hold you now and also practicing the ignition of your soul's light in your core.
Allowing an ignition of light rippling out throughout your body and aura and just breathing and floating on that energy.
The energy of light within your being radiating out into your reality.
Floating on this energy.
Inviting a greater intensity of power from this energy.
And remembering the previous exercises where you connected with the crystalline core of the earth and also the Sun.
And let's call the point of light within the crystalline core of the earth and also the point of light within the crystalline core of the Sun.
And for now igniting,
For now just igniting the divine feminine within that point of light in the earth and the divine masculine in the point of the light of the Sun.
And just feel this play of light and resonance between your core of the earth and the core of the Sun.
Playing with these energies,
Feeling supported by both,
Held by both.
Just noticing the resonance of this within your being and notice whether this feels easy or comfortable,
Perhaps less easy and less comfortable.
And playing also with increasing the resonance of one point and perhaps decreasing the resonance of the other and noticing how this feels within the core of your being.
And then shifting to increase the resonance of the other point and decreasing the resonance of the more intense point and just playing with that energy.
And then reversing the polarity.
Inviting the divine masculine in the earth and the divine feminine in the Sun and feel that shift within the core of your being.
Again noticing how comfortable or easy this connection feels or less comfortable or less easy.
Again playing with increasing the resonance of one and decreasing the resonance of the other and playing with that and noticing how this feels within the core of your being.
You can play with the divine feminine in the earth and in the Sun and playing with that resonance.
Also with divine masculine in earth and Sun and playing with that resonance.
As you go about your day invoke the polarity you've perhaps feel most comfortable with.
The one that feels the most supportive and energizing.
And after a time playing with this perhaps you can also consider invoking the polarity you feel less comfortable with,
Familiar or at ease with.
There are insights to be gained,
Wisdom to be gained in the polarity that feels least comfortable.
But just for now enjoying this play,
This crystalline feminine masculine play.
Allowing it to increase your own resonance.
Just floating on that energy as you go about your day.
