This practice begins with a short breathing meditation led by Stephen, following by a soothing soundscape designed to bring you into your heart space. This soundscape entails a humming sound that mimics the hum of a heart, to calm and focus your mind. During this soundscape, it is at your discretion how you use this time. You are invited to enter and regulate a nourishing breathing practice that follows on from the guided practice you began with, however you may also choose to embrace this space with contemplation or use it to enter a deep, meditative state of relaxation. Drop into a blissful state of stillness and inner connection.

And all that good stuff to you.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

Whatever you prefer,

Whatever is more comfortable for you.

Now,

Start taking some deep breaths into your belly,

Okay?

Inhale into your belly.

Now exhale,

And you can open your mouth on the exhale.

Inhale into your belly.

And exhale.

Inhale into your belly.

And exhale very,

Very slowly.

And you can maintain this deep breath throughout this whole practice.

So when in doubt,

Come back to your breath.

And now,

Just observe your thoughts.

Allow your mind to be still.

Allow the thoughts to just pass by.

And allow yourself to surrender to that peaceful core within as this humming washes over you and infuses you with peace,

Love,

Compassion,

Happiness.

Whatever needs to wash over you will wash over you.

So just accept this offering through the gift of humming.
