This practice begins with a short breathing meditation led by Stephen, following by a soothing soundscape designed to bring you into your heart space. This soundscape entails a humming sound that mimics the hum of a heart, to calm and focus your mind. During this soundscape, it is at your discretion how you use this time. You are invited to enter and regulate a nourishing breathing practice that follows on from the guided practice you began with, however you may also choose to embrace this space with contemplation or use it to enter a deep, meditative state of relaxation. Drop into a blissful state of stillness and inner connection.
