This is a short meditation to help remind yourself that you are enough. We hope that you can use this when you need a reminder of how amazing you are. The Meditation will help to slow down the racing mind and ease yourself into your body.

Welcome to today's lesson.

So for today I'm just going to invite you to just gently close your eyes,

Sit up with dignified posture.

We're just going to bring a sense of acceptance.

As we close our eyes and we just listen to our breath,

An acceptance of wherever your breath is right now.

Whether you're feeling that in your nasal,

Down deep in your body,

The gentle rising and falling of your belly.

Bringing acceptance to wherever that is right now for you.

As you take a slow deep breath in and let it all out.

On the next inhale we're just going to introduce a count.

A count so that we can equalize our out breath and our in breath.

So on the next in breath in two three four and out two three four.

Just going to repeat that over and over in our mind.

In two three four and out two three four.

Just giving our mind something to do as we can slowly feel our mind just settling down inside our body.

So you bring an acceptance to wherever we are right now.

No need to change anything,

It is what it is.

As you're breathing you slowly feel your mind just settling.

On the next out breath just letting go of that count and just getting a sense of your out breath and the release that you feel when we breathe out.

Just as the mind and the body settles.

A release as the mind releases down into the body.

Today we're going to introduce a mantra.

I am whole.

I am worthy.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

Repeat in your mind.

I am whole.

I am worthy.

I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.

I am whole.

I am worthy.

I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.

We bring this sense of acceptance into the rest of our day.

Knowing that at any point we can slow down.

Slow down from doing mode into being mode.

And repeat our mantra for today which is I am whole.

I am worthy.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

We settle here in our resting body.

As our meditation comes to an end know that we can come to this space at any point of the day we want and at any time.

Because I am whole.

I am worthy.

And I am exactly where I am meant to be.

I invite you to gently wiggle your toes and wiggle your feet and gently open your eyes as you bring your awareness back into the room.

Back into where you are right now.
