There is power in presence. But presence takes practice, and mantras are helpful tools for practicing the ability to stay in the moment. This talk provides five examples of presence mantras for you to hear and recite. Perhaps you will want to incorporate one or more of these mantras into your daily practice. Or perhaps you will be inspired to create a presence mantra of your own. Either way, I hope that this brief talk will be helpful to you, and I thank you for listening.

There is power in presence.

Especially when we are facing a challenging or stressful situation,

There is power in presence.

The ability to stay in the moment is something that we can practice,

And the more that we practice,

The more likely it is that we'll be able to stay in the moment when a stressful situation arises.

Presence mantras are great tools for practicing present moment awareness.

To use a presence mantra,

You need only to select a mantra that resonates with you,

And then commit to using the mantra on a regular basis,

Preferably daily.

I will now provide a few examples of presence mantras.

I'll recite each mantra twice,

Once for you to hear the mantra,

And once for you to say the mantra along with me.

Here we go.

I am in the here and now.

I am in the here and now.

This is where I need to be.

This is where I need to be.

I am at peace in the present.

I am at peace in the present.

I have arrived.

I have arrived.

I am rooted in this moment.

I am rooted in this moment.

Did any of these mantras resonate with you?

If so,

Please feel free to adopt any or all of them for your own use,

Or if you prefer,

Create a custom mantra of your very own.

The best mantra for you will be the one that helps you to feel relaxed and gives your mind a break from the hard work of examining your past or pondering your future.

Remember to use your mantra regularly in as many situations and settings as possible.

This way,

The mantra will be there for you when you need it the most.

Thank you for listening.

I wish you a beautiful day and a restful night.
