Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Whatever is most comfortable for you in this moment.
Free your mind of the inner chatter by taking in some nice deep breaths.
Breathing all the way in.

Feel your body begin to soften.
Feel your muscles begin to relax and let go.
You are feeling very relaxed,
Very safe and very calm.
Close your eyes and imagine that you are in another realm.
You're surrounded by white fog and cloud yet able to see all around you.
Everything is white and calm and soothing.
Feel your body relax in this place.
Feel everything become still within you.
As you relax in this realm of white space,
Take a look at your body.
Look down at yourself and notice that you are not your physical self.
You do not see the physical body you are used to.
You instead see an outline of your body and it's glowing a golden hue.
Look at this body and watch the energy swirl and move within the borders of your human body.
You are pure golden energy.
As you begin to feel this golden energy within you,
You begin to see the cloud and fog around you turn different colors.
What colors do you see in these clouds?
Allow your mind to change the colors of the clouds.
See violets and blues,
Greens and pinks,
Golds and silvers.
Beautiful colorful clouds are surrounding you.
Now let these colorful clouds be absorbed into your golden energy body.
Pull them towards you and see them absorbed into your beautiful energy body.
Soften their shapes and let them effortlessly become one with you in your beautiful golden energy body.
As these colors are drawn towards and into you,
You feel your energy body become stronger,
More alive with each color.
Let your mind fill your energy body with the colors that you need.
Feel them becoming one with you and healing you from the inside.
Now you hold your hands out and notice a ball of energy floating just above them.
See this small ball of energy,
This ball of light pulsing and floating freely above your hands.
The colors are now going to fill this ball of light.
Watch as the colors are absorbed into this ball and as they do,
It becomes a little bigger and a little brighter.
This ball of light is drawing in all the colors,
Filling itself with vibrant energy,
Growing to the size of a basketball.
This ball of light is now glowing intensely.
You can feel the energy coming from this ball.
It's a ball of light and a ball of life at its purest.
Look at this ball of energy and see that it is the essence of all life.
It is pure divine energy.
It's more beautiful than anything.
You can feel the magnificent energy and the feeling of pure love.
You now take your hands,
Hugging this ball of pure life and you draw it into you.
That ball of pure life is drawn into your energy body.
Let it become one with you now.
Feel how magnificent this energy is.
It's warm,
Radiant,
And alive.
You can feel it moving through every crevice of your body.
It has sparked new life in you,
New energy that makes you feel like pure magic.
You are alive,
You are powerful,
You are energy,
You are love.
Take a moment to let this energy strengthen you to the core.
Feel your body easily adjust to this new upgrade of energy.
You are feeling magnificent.
Now we're going to seal this energy within you.
