Feel the energy move around your heart.
Feel your heart break wide open.
The energy is moving up your throat now,
Activating and intensifying energy at your throat.
Feel your throat open like a flower and watch as each petal opens one by one.
Feel the energy awaken your throat.
Feel it expand and swirl and move through your neck and throat.
Your throat chakra is pulsating and expansive now and the energy continues to move upward.
Let the energy feed your third eye now.
Let it reach inside your mind to your pineal gland.
The energy is opening your third eye,
Electrifying your pineal gland into full activation.
Imagine the top of your head as a large flower.
Open the flower petal by petal to expand your consciousness and expose your pineal gland,
Your antenna to the outer realms.
You are now attuned to the universe.
Be in this high vibration now for a few moments and let the energy activate and expand within your whole being.

Imagine yourself as a being out in space above the earth.
You are floating outside of the earth's atmosphere.
This is a greater version of you,
An elevated and illuminated version of you.
What do you look like?

See you as you are in whatever form comes.
This elevated version of you is now going to send energy down to earth.
You are going to send healing and love down onto the planet.
Visualize or see yourself sending loving energy down onto earth.
Is it light?
Is it symbols?
Is it geometric shapes?
Allow yourself to send healing in whatever form it comes.
Feel the intention of this action as pure limitless love.
Feel the love embrace your whole being as you send it down onto the planet.
See your love and light healing the planet.
See it turning gray to lush green,
Removing toxins and purifying the air and water.
See it bringing joy and love to all who are on planet earth,
Human,
Animal or otherwise.
Feed all of earth with this loving energy and feel the joy in your heart as you do so.
Imagine an orb surrounding earth now.
See it outlined around the earth's atmosphere.
Let it be a protective shield to amplify the love you've just given earth.
Let it be earth's auric shield.
It will protect earth and bring the healing that is needed.
Now we're going to bring your attention back to the elevated version of you floating in space.
Allow your whole being to fill with light now.
Radiate and fill this being with the most beautiful expansive light you can imagine.
See it glowing with intensity now.
Pull the elevated version of you down to earth.
Bring that fully ignited self into your physical body now,
Slowly and gently.
That light is now within you.
It is filling you to the core and igniting health and vitality,
Abundance and bliss in every cell of your being.
Allow this healing to take place and let it be activated in your DNA.
This is your expansive awakened self.
This is your new template.
Gently bring it into your awareness and let all thoughts come from this place of expansion and light within you.
