Welcome to this meditation Today we will practice the art of letting go Of control,

Expectations,

Resistance We let go not with resentment but with quiet wisdom We will surrender to the flow of life and allow others to be exactly who they are We will practice releasing the weight we were never meant to carry This let them philosophy is a reminder that peace begins when we stop trying to control what was never ours to hold Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feel the air filling your lungs and release One more time,

Breathing in and letting go Allow yourself to settle into stillness Let your body relax Let your shoulders drop Let your jaw unclench You are safe here Imagine yourself standing in front of a vast flowing river This river represents life,

The ever-moving,

Ever-changing current of existence It is strong,

Steady and unstoppable Now picture yourself holding on to something tightly Perhaps a person,

An expectation,

An outcome Notice the tension in your body The way your grip tightens The way your mind resists Now softly whisper to yourself,

Let them If they choose to walk away,

Let them If they misunderstand you,

Let them If they do not see your worth,

Let them If their words don't match their actions,

Let them This is not an act of indifference,

It is an act of love Love for yourself,

Love for them It is the understanding that you cannot hold on to what is meant to be free As you stand by the river,

Imagine slowly opening your hands and letting go of whatever you were holding onto into the river See it begin to drift away with the current You don't chase it,

You don't fight it,

You stand rooted on the shore and simply watch as it flows Trusting that whatever leaves was never truly yours to hold Breathe in and exhale Feel the lightness in your being as you surrender Now bring to mind a time when something didn't go the way you wanted Perhaps a relationship ended,

An opportunity slipped away or someone's actions left you disappointed,

Confused,

Hurt or longing In that moment it may have felt painful,

Unfair For these next moments we'll meet this pain with grace Place a hand over your heart and whisper silently,

I see this hurt,

I honour this longing Breathe into the space around your heart Imagine your emotions as waves,

Rising,

Peaking and naturally receding You are not the wave,

You are the ocean beneath it And looking back now,

Maybe you can see how life was actually guiding you How what you thought you needed was simply making space for something better With each inhale repeat silently,

I trust the flow of life With each exhale I release what is not meant for me You are not here to convince anyone of your worth You are not here to force love,

Friendship or understanding You are here to be fully yourself,

To radiate your truth,

To move with ease,

To attract what aligns with you naturally So let them misunderstand you,

Let them doubt you,

Let them walk away And let yourself walk toward what fills your soul Let yourself rest in the knowing that you are enough Let yourself trust that what is meant for you will stay effortlessly Repeat silently,

I let go of what resists my love I trust life to align me with what honors me I am the home I return to Remind yourself that your value doesn't diminish with their inability to see it Your love is not a negotiation,

It is a gift you can choose to redirect Breathe in,

You are light,

You are love,

You are free When you feel ready gently bring awareness back to your body Feel the surface beneath you And when you gently open your eyes,

Carry this truth with you You do not have to hold on to what is not meant to stay You do not have to force what is not flowing naturally You are free to let go,

You are free to let them Carry this mantra with you today,

Let them and let me be free Take one more deep breath in and release This practice is complete
