Hi,

It's Stefania,

And let's do some affirmations to get us ready for back-to-school time,

So we can do our best and have many wonderful back-to-school days and learn a lot.

Every day might not be such a wonderful day,

But with the affirmations,

Maybe we can have more wonderful days than not-so-wonderful days.

What are affirmations?

Positive affirmations are uplifting statements that can help change our way of thinking to a more positive outlook.

If we're feeling sad or maybe a bit unsure of ourselves,

The positive affirmations can help us to be a bit better.

They can't solve every problem,

But they can sometimes help us find a way to solve a problem.

We can pick our favorite affirmations,

The ones that we like best,

And then we can say them every day.

In the morning says a good time because that's when we're just starting off on our day.

Or,

On the other hand,

Before bed is good too,

Because then the affirmations can sometimes help us sleep better or help us wake up feeling fine.

Well,

Let's give it a go.

Are you ready?

I'll say the affirmation first and leave a little space for you to repeat the affirmation to yourself.

Or if you want,

You can just listen to the affirmations and relax.

Whichever way you want is fine.

Let's begin.

To my classmates and teachers.

I am brave and try my best.

I can do hard things.

I am a problem solver.

I am creative and talented.

I learn from my mistakes.

I am a good listener.

I am a hard worker.

I have fun at school.

I believe in myself.

I make friends easily.

My teachers are there to help me.

Today is going to be a great day.

You did really well.

Now,

Let's just take a big breath in and out.

And that's our affirmation time for today.

Do them whenever you like.

They'll always be here in this recording for you.

Bye for now.
