Hi,
This is Stefania,
And we've got a little meditation to help ease us gently and positively into the new day.
After we finish the meditation,
We've got just a few affirmations to go with it before you go off and start your day.
Let's begin.
Begin in a comfortable seated position.
Relax your shoulders and soften your jaw.
And if it feels good for you,
And if you don't go back to sleep,
Close your eyes.
Start to rest your awareness on your breath.
In through your nose,
And then exhale through your mouth,
Letting your breath carry away any tensions or worries.
And once more,
Deep inhale through your nose,
And exhale fully out of your mouth.
Let it all go.
These next few minutes are going to set you up for an incredible,
Wonderful day.
It's your day.
When you set an intention and focus on what you want to achieve and feel,
It can really make a huge difference to how you move through the day.
So,
To start,
I would like you please to think back to one period in your life that just brought you so much joy.
Perhaps one of the happiest moments in your life,
And just take yourself back to that moment now.
What could you see?
What did you hear?
More importantly,
Most importantly,
What did you feel?
Now all of the feelings associated with this event to bubble up in your heart center.
And as you feel this energy,
Allow it to expand throughout your whole body from the tips of your toes up to the crown of your head.
Feel your whole body buzzing with joy.
Now begin to spread this energy through your day.
Just imagine this same energy flowing out and filling up each hour for the rest of the day today.
Several things make up an amazing day,
And one of them is productivity.
Imagine yourself working through your tasks with complete ease as you achieve them quickly,
Easily and joyfully.
Another factor is inspiration.
As you flow through your day,
You are going to feel completely inspired,
Not only to complete the things you need to do,
But to be creative as well.
This inspiration is going to come to you in different forms throughout the day.
And then there is joy.
When we feel deep gratitude and joyful appreciation,
Everything runs more smoothly.
Life is sunnier.
We can uplift and inspire others and truly make a difference.
So today,
Let's set the intention to be joyful.
Notice how that intention feels in your body.
Notice how that intention feels in your heart.
Notice how that intention feels in your mind.
Are other issues,
Problems that you foresee coming in this day,
Coming into you now and upsetting your joy a bit?
Just breathe out.
Let those worries and concerns go for now.
This is a new day.
Just set that intention to be joyful.
And now give yourself permission to feel all of these beautiful sensations that you've generated with this intention to be joyful.
With this intention that you're now accepting completely and fully to be joyful this day,
To get things done this day,
To be kind to others,
To be kind to yourself.
Give yourself permission to feel these beautiful sensations that you have generated.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Now we have just a few affirmations as we move into our day.
