Hi this is Stefania and today let's tap on following our own path.
This is a guided tapping meditation so I will tell you the different points and you can follow along if you want to or you can just listen and absorb the energy.
Just say the affirmations whichever you feel most comfortable with.
The meridian points that we'll be tapping on are the karate point which is tapping on one side of the hand with two or three fingers of your dominant hand,
The inner eyebrows,
The temples just below the temple area,
Under the eyes,
The area between the under the nose and the top lip,
The area between the lower lip and chin,
The collarbone or just below the collarbone actually,
The underarm around the middle of your side.
On the ladies it would be around the bra line and the crown top of head.
I'll guide you along the way.
Deep breath in and out to center our energy and thus think about first how are you feeling?
Are you following your own path or do you feel like you're being influenced or made small by looking at what other people are doing?
How about in your own mind giving it a rating from 1 to 10.
One is I feel totally comfortable in my own skin,
My own path.
Moving on up to 10 when you're just freaked out by what everybody else is doing and wishing it were you.
So just give yourself a number if you want to,
If you feel like it and let's begin.
The karate point side of the hand.
I really don't like how I feel when I see others moving faster on their career paths than me but I love and accept myself completely as I am.
It makes me feel a bit sad when I look at the social media and to see what looks like the magnificent progress that others are making but I love and accept myself completely as I am even if it does make me feel a bit sad sometimes looking at the social media.
But somehow I can't stop checking to see what others are doing.
When someone's got a really big job or a contract it makes me feel like a real loser.
If I haven't done anything lately but despite that feeling I'm going to love and accept myself completely as I am.
Tap on the crown top of your head.
Sometimes I wish I could be anybody else other than myself but that's just crazy thinking.
What's wrong with just being me?
Inner eyebrows.
Nothing's wrong with being me.
I'm a unique person with my own talents and strengths.
Temple I have to find and follow the right path for me under the eye and if it takes longer than other people take with their paths it's okay.
The area between under your nose and the top lip I will reach my goal.
The area between your lower lip and chin I am always in my right time and place.
Collarbone I'm trusting my intuition and intelligence to guide me to take the right actions.
Underarm I'm just as good as anyone else that I've been looking up to.
Crown top of head.
If the negative nagging doubts come back again.
Inner eyebrows I'm going to think of all the good things I've done.
Temples just below the temple area.
The goals I've achieved.
Under eyes.
The good I've done for others.
The area between under your nose and the top lip and tell myself I can go even further.
Area between lower lip and chin.
I can grow into an even more awesome person.
The collarbone I can admire others.
Underarm but I don't have to be intimidated by them.
Take a deep breath in and out to recharge our energy and back to the crown.
Top of head.
I don't have to imitate them.
Inner eyebrows because I'm good enough as I am.
The temple and from now on I send this good loving empowering energy to every cell of my being.
Under the eyes and to anyone else who might be involved.
Area between nose and upper lip and so it is.
Between lower lip and chin and so it is.
Collarbone.
All is well.
Underarm.
I love and accept myself.
Crown top of head.
All is well.
Now please place your hands over your heart and breathe in and hold.
Visualizing a beautiful soothing pink light of love surrounding and healing you and so it is.

If you care to think about what would be your number now on how you feel about being yourself without being influenced by the progress of others following your own path between one and ten.
One being you feel comfortable totally perhaps two three four you're on your way on up to ten no change.
