Hi,
This is Stefania and welcome to this guided meditation to help us build confidence and let go of self-doubt.
Before we start,
Please make sure you're in a pretty quiet space and if you don't want to turn off your phone,
How about turning the volume down just for a bit?
Then place yourself in a comfortable position so you have a nice long neutral spine even if you're lying down.
And if you're seated,
Set your chin in a neutral position so the back of your neck stays long and the energy can flow freely.
Drop your shoulders from your ears and soften your belly.
Now let's take a few deep breaths.
In through your nose.
Out through your nose.
In through your nose.
And out.
Breathing out any mental or physical tension that you can.
In and out.
In and out.
Now check your mind.
Let go of any mental chatter,
Any mental to-do lists,
Any wondering what's going to happen during this meditation.
Just settle your mind down.
Relax your body.
Be aware of any sounds around you and let them go.
Being mindful is the best way to let go of the unwanted thoughts and emotions,
Knowing they're there but letting them go.
Much easier than trying to push them away.
So it's normal to sometimes feel that we're not good enough.
We get trapped in those thoughts.
But this is our chance to become aware of them and let them go.
And get stuck in them.
Then we need to make a conscious effort to look at the positive and build on our sense of confidence,
Strength,
So we can restore that balance.
Be mindful.
Let go of any self-doubt.
It's often difficult,
But be patient,
Love ourselves,
And persist.
Now I invite you to bring your mind to a difficult situation.
Something coming up that's bringing up some fear or anxiety or something you went through in the past where you felt insecure or unworthy.
Recognize any fear or aversion that comes up as you bring this event to your mind.
Just notice it and let it go.
Don't go too deep.
Don't get involved in those feelings that come up,
But just allow them to be there without judgment.
Maybe you've got a difficult conversation with a loved one or something coming up that's bringing you a bit of anxiety.
Rather than playing out that story in your head as you may usually do,
As we often do,
This time try asking yourself what would be the best version?
What would the best version of you do and how would you handle this situation from a place of confidence?
Recognize yourself handling this situation,
This worrisome situation with complete kindness,
Care,
Mindfulness,
Patience,
And wisdom to the best of your ability.
Doesn't have to be 100% perfect,
But to the best of your ability.
As you keep that image in your mind,
Make a special effort to notice that feeling of confidence within you.
How does that feel?
Let's just sit here for a moment.
Feel it.
Confidence,
Strength,
And confidence.
Handling that situation with complete kindness,
Care,
And wisdom.
And as you immerse yourself in those warm feelings of confidence,
Strength,
And wisdom,
Self-worth,
Listen to these following affirmations and let them resonate inside you.
Feel them coming from within as if you were hearing your own inner voice.
I'll say them all once,
Just listen,
And let the energy of these words vibrate with your inner spirit.
Then I'll say them again,
And I'll leave a space for you to repeat them out loud if you wish.
For the first time,
First time round,
Just listen,
Just let the energy vibrate with your inner spirit.
I am balanced and in harmony.
I am connected,
Rooted,
And aligned.
I am confident,
Vital,
And secure.
I am motivated and capable.
I honor myself and I'm happy to be who I am.
I am strong and guided by a higher intuition.
I am kind and compassionate.
I feel empowered and motivated to live my best life.
I let go of anything that is holding me back.
From today on,
I choose to show up and become my best self.
I am whole and perfect.
I am bigger than any challenge.
I am courageous and I can stand up for myself and for the ones I love.
I choose to open myself to life,
Trusting my inner strength.
I let go of everything that does not serve me anymore.
I can solve anything.
I am capable,
Skilled,
And can achieve anything I want to achieve.
I am blessed to be who I am and I honor myself.
Now let's say them together.
I'll say it once and if you like,
Feel free to say it yourself.

Become aware of your surroundings and stretching your body if you feel like it.
Moving just a wee bit.
And let's bring this session to an end by gently opening your eyes,
Feeling gratitude for whatever touches your heart,
And bringing a little smile to your face if it wants to be there.
