Okay,
So find yourself in a comfortable position,
Just allowing your body to be fully supported by the space beneath you.
So,
Gently closing your eyes and taking a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through the mouth.
And with each breath,
Begin to release any tension you may be carrying and feel your shoulders soften,
Your jaw unclench,
And your belly relax.
Imagine roots extending down from your body into the earth,
Grounding you,
Anchoring you in safety and presence.
And with each exhale,
Let the day melt away.
With each inhale,
Breathe in calm,
Nourishing energy.
Imagine you're walking down a gentle forest path,
Touched with the scent of autumn leaves.
With each number,
Go deeper into the journey within.
Seven,
Arriving in the quiet stillness of here in this sacred space,
Above you,
The light of the sun,
You,
The mystery of the night.
And allow the sounds to wash over you,
Harmonizing the light and the dark that shine with light.
Embrace your creativity and allow yourself to receive and expand into these gifts.
Know that these,
Too,
Are part of your wholeness.
And gently,
With compassion,
Invite them into balance with balance lives in me with noticing the balance of the give and receive.
With each number,
Feel yourself returning,
Refreshed and renewed,
Carrying the sense of balance with you to bring that fills your body with energy,
Or gently stretching as you awaken eyes open,
Present,
Grounded,
And whole.
There's no rush,
And as you start to return,
I just want to read a closing piece for you.
It says,
As we come back from this journey,
Remember that the equinox is not just a moment in the seasons,
It's also an invitation in our lives.
A reminder that balance is always available to us.
The light and the dark within you are not enemies.
They are two sides of the same hole.
Your joy and your pain,
Your clarity and your uncertainty,
Your strength and your softness.
All of it belongs.
All of it makes you who you are.
So as you move forward from today,
May you carry this balance with you.
And may you know that even in darkness,
There is wisdom.
And even in light,
There is rest.
So I'll give you a moment,
Just gathering yourselves,
And.
