This meditation is to help change the image within your mind.
To redirect your energy body and your physical body through your unconscious mind.
Your unconscious mind will always direct your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Reactions and physical manifestations.
In order to create your reality,
You have to tap into your unconscious mind to direct your manifestations for your desired outcome.

A new vibrational signature will begin integration in your paradigm against the change.

A new program is integrated within your unconscious mind that begins shifting your timeline and your reality.
You will begin to see,
Feel and experience the change in your life.
It all begins with the shifting the image in perspective from within.
To begin,
We are going to relax the mind and release tension within the body.
Focus your awareness in the location of the body you are speaking.
Allow yourself to get comfortable.
Adjust your body if needed.
We are going to take a few deep breaths in.
Breathing up from the root,
Drop root,
The base of your spine.
And all the way up to the top of your head.
So as you inhale through your nose,
Slowly and deeply,
You are going to pull the energy up from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Breathe in through your nose.
Pull the energy up to the top of your head.
Exhale through your mouth and allow the energy just to drop back down.
Breathe in again.
Pull the energy up from the base of your spine.
All the way up to the top of your head.
Exhale through your mouth and allow the energy to drop back down.
Breathe in again slowly and deeply,
Pulling the energy up from your root chakra to the top of your head.
And exhale and allow the energy to drop back down.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Allow your whole body to begin to relax.
Take another deep breath in and allow your body to relax even more.
I will be counting down from nine and with each number allow the tension within your muscles to dissolve.
Feel every muscle within your body become more and more relaxed.
Allow your body to reach the deepest state of relaxation.
Nine,
Your arms begin to feel heavier.
Eight,
The tension feels like it's draining down your legs.
Seven,
Your legs begin to feel heavier.
Six,
Your shoulders drop.
Five,
Your face relaxes.
Four,
The wave of relaxation moves down the top half of your body.
Three,
Your entire body feels completely stress free and relaxed.
Two,
Your eyes are too heavy to open.
One,
Allow yourself to feel even more relaxed.
Continue to breathe naturally.
We're going to begin some visualization to create your new reality.
Imagine yourself sitting next to a still lake on a beautiful day.
As you look up the water,
You begin to see an image.
The image looks like you.
You lean in closer to look at the image and realize it is you living your desired reality.
You feel guided to close your eyes and enter the lake to experience the image of your new reality.
You enter and instantly you are pulled into a field of pure potential.
You slowly open your eyes and you realize that you're sitting outside of your clean home in the most beautiful location.
As you stand up,
You begin to slowly walk to the entrance of your home.
You notice that you're barefoot and you can feel the ground on your feet.
As you get to the entrance,
Look down at your hand as you're opening the door.
Visualize yourself walking through the door,
Slowly taking in every detail of your dream home.
Visualize the colors,
The fabrics,
What it feels like,
What it smells like.
Begin to touch the walls and countertops as you walk through your kitchen and move directly into your living area.
Your living area is filled with your loved ones and morning time together and you feel yourself smiling from within.
Now imagine what your bedroom looks like and see yourself standing in the mirror in your bedroom.
You're looking at your reflection,
Seeing a happy,
Healthy,
Abundant person.
Feel how proud you are for taking control and creating your new reality.
As you continue to move through your bedroom,
You're looking at pictures on the wall of you performing your dream career.
Your dream career is exciting,
Stress-free,
And more than you could ever have imagined.
You also see pictures of you in a swimming pool.
Take yourself into each moment and each memory of these pictures.
Remember what those memories felt like to create your future.
As you take a deep breath in,
Feel the love between you and your soulmate.
You open your eyes and see them right in front of you.
Imagine yourself looking right into the eyes of your soulmate and feeling the love.
Imagine yourself walking over to your beautiful,
Comfortable bed in your room.
Feel gratitude for your life.
And as you get into your bed,
Allow your body to relax.
You lay down in your bed,
Your eyes become heavier and heavier.
Your muscles become more relaxed.
And continue to let your body relax as I count down from five.

Feeling content and relaxed.
