As you settle in,
Bring your awareness to your heart.
The gentle rhythm that keeps you alive,
Steady,
And present.
Notice that without effort,
Your body already knows exactly what to do.
It breathes,
It beats,
It supports you.
Always bringing you back to your center.
Now begin to imagine the space around you expanding.
With each breath in,
Feel yourself opening.
Open to possibility.
Open to new experiences.
Open to the quiet magic that already exists all around you.
You don't have to chase it.

The magic of life is already here.
