This guided meditation gently supports you in releasing fear from the body and softening into trust. Through calming breath and grounding awareness, you’ll be guided to acknowledge fear without judgment — and then allow it to loosen its grip, one breath at a time. This practice is not about pushing fear away or forcing courage. It’s about creating enough safety within yourself to let fear move through, dissolve, and be replaced with a quiet sense of trust. As you rest here, you may notice a feeling of steadiness, reassurance, or inner calm — a reminder that you are supported, protected, and never alone.

Take a moment to settle in to wherever you are,

Allowing yourself to sit with your back straight or lie down.

I want you to close your eyes and start to pay attention to your breathing.

Paying attention to the inhale and the exhale of the breath.

As you sit there,

You're going to start to scan down your body,

Starting at the top of your head and moving your way down.

Searching for any points of discomfort,

Any points of pain or tension.

Go through your body without judgment,

Without expectations,

Just simply noticing what pops up.

Scan down your body,

Scanning through each side of your face,

Out and around your head,

Into the base of your neck and your throat.

Making your way through the body,

Into each shoulder,

First the right and then the left.

Scanning down each arm,

Into each finger.

Continue to scan your body without judgment,

Just simply noticing if there's any points of tension or pain.

For those points,

Take a moment to just sit with it.

Put your full attention and then allow it to dissolve.

Moving down into your chest and even deeper into your heart.

Imagining your heart is like a cave,

Examining inside of it.

Scan down through your abdomen,

Into your pelvic bowl,

Scanning yourself through each of your organs.

Sink into your hips,

Scanning down each leg until you finally scan the foot,

The top of the foot,

The ankle,

The bottom of your foot,

And each toe.

At this point,

I'm going to have you take three deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose,

As deeply into your abdomen as you can,

And exhaling out of your mouth.

With each of those deep breaths,

Allow your body to relax,

To fully surrender into this moment.

Allow any discomfort to wash away.

As you sit there,

The next thing you know,

You imagine that you're standing on top of a mountain.

You feel as if you're in the clouds,

Surrounded by the most magical views.

The air surrounding you is cold and thin,

Requiring you to slow your breathing down.

As you stand on the top of the mountain,

A slight fear rises up in your body.

You take a moment to scan the body,

To find where the fear sits within you.

Once you find it,

You place all of your attention on that spot.

You imagine a white light shining on it,

Through it,

All around it.

And you continue to focus on it until the fear releases within you.

You take a deep breath,

And you realize there is nothing to fear,

Because the true essence of who you are is always safe.

You know that you have a body,

But you are not the body.

You know that you have a mind,

But you are not the mind.

You know that you have emotions,

But you are not those emotions.

Knowing this,

You realize that everything you need is within you.

You can trust the decisions you make,

As you will always know what is bringing you closer to your highest good.

You can trust that while you might not know where your steps will lead,

You are safe and protected to take the next step on this journey.

You can trust that there is always a solution if you are looking for one.

And you can trust that the answers are always within you,

And everything you need will be provided to you as long as you keep moving,

Following the path of your highest self.

You take one last look around,

And you start to make your way down the mountain,

Without fear,

And with total trust.

As you move down the mountain,

You start to come back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Taking three more of those deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,

And whenever you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you for watching.
