This guided meditation is an invitation to soften into divine love — the unconditional, ever-present love that exists beyond effort, performance, or worthiness. Through gentle breath and heart-centered awareness, you’ll be guided to open your heart chakra and rest in the feeling of being deeply loved, supported, and held. This practice is not about searching for love outside of yourself. It’s about remembering that divine love flows through you, surrounds you, and lives within you — always available, always safe. As you rest in this space, you may feel warmth, peace, emotional release, or a quiet sense of belonging. Allow whatever arises to be met with tenderness and trust.

Welcome to today's Evolve Beyond Limits meditation.

I want you to just take a moment to settle in,

Close your eyes,

And get comfortable.

And go ahead and start to pay attention to your breathing.

Paying attention to the inhale and the exhale.

This meditation is about connecting to the divine love that is always available to you.

It is this divine love that opens your heart and allows you to lead from a place of kindness and love for yourself and for other people that are around you.

You see,

We can only love others to the extent at which we love ourselves,

Which is why taking time to connect with your heart and pouring love into your entire being is so important.

Without love,

Fear takes hold and blocks us from seeing the beauty that is always surrounding us.

The more unconditional love you have for yourself,

The more unconditional love you can hold for others.

So let's get started.

Begin your journey inward by paying attention to that breath.

You don't need to judge it.

You don't have to force it.

Just pay attention.

Imagine a white light coming down from the heavens and connecting to the top of your head.

Moving its way down through the middle of your forehead,

Into your throat,

Through your heart space,

Into your solar plexus.

Moving through your pelvic bowl,

Down through the base of your spine.

That white light then runs down each leg into the bottom of your feet,

Connecting you to the ground below you.

Traveling further and further until it reaches the core of the earth.

Leaving you feeling grounded and stable and safe.

From here,

It continues connecting you to the cosmos,

Coming back through the heavens,

And then again going through your body.

It continues to travel this circular pattern,

Connecting your being to all that is,

As above,

So below.

As you stand in this light,

Two feminine energies walk up to you.

One stands on your left,

And the other on your right.

They ask you to hold out your hands,

Palms up,

Ready to receive.

They place their palms over yours,

Face down,

And pour pink light energy into each palm.

As you receive that energy,

You imagine it filling you up.

Starting at your feet,

And moving all the way up through your body.

That pink energy is filling every cell within you.

Transforming.

Allowing that pink energy to transcend any negativity,

Any fear,

Any struggles,

Into compassion and love and blessings to come.

You allow yourself to sit in this beautiful feeling until it has the ability to work its magic on every part of your being.

Now you look to your left,

And the feminine figure tells you what she is there to give you today,

And she does so now.

They want you to know that they are by your side each and every day,

And you can call on them anytime for their love and support.

They want you to know that you are protected and you are safe as you walk this journey.

They want you to know that the way through is always love.

You thank them for these gifts,

And you start to come back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Stretching out as much as you need to.

Maybe moving your head from side to side.

And take three more of those deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.
