Greetings and welcome to this daily ritual guided meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable in your seat.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and go within.
Connecting with your breath.
Breathing consciously.
Inhaling with a tall spine,
Bringing yourself into the present moment.
Exhaling with soft shoulders,
Allowing your whole body to relax.
Working with your breath to anchor into the present.
And to also surrender into a relaxed state.
Of stillness.
Beginning the short breathing exercise,
I invite you to take three super long and deep cleansing breaths with me together.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Allowing these to be the longest,
Deepest breaths you've taken yet today.
Beginning together,
Inhaling fully,
Slowly,
Deeply.
Fill the belly up.
Releasing from the mouth.
Gently letting it all go.
Again through the nose,
Slow,
Full,
Big breath in.
And out from the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose.
Fully release.
One more of the longest breath of the day.
Bring it in all the way deep down into the belly.
And let it out.
Emptying from deep down from the pelvic floor.
And now allowing your body to return to breathing organically.
Just feeling in to the presence of the breath throughout your body.
As you feel that breath moving along the full length of your body.
Anchoring your awareness into the heart.
Feeling the breath moving through the heart space.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
With each breath connected with your heart.
Just feeling any hardness surrounding your heart.
Any hard shell,
Shield,
Or walls of protection.
Gently crumbling down.
Feel the heart beginning to soften.
Allowing the heart to feel safe and relaxed.
As we feel that breath just moving through the heart space.
And still inviting the breath deep into the belly.
But feeling into it through the heart.
And as you continue to breathe consciously into the heart.
Just imagining the heart opening like the budding of a flower.
Imagining this flower budding and opening.
Blossoming from the heart.
See this flower emerging.
Softly opening.
And notice what type of flower you see.
There's no need to overthink it.
Just notice what appears as you imagine this blossoming flower.
What type of flower do you see?
What is its shape?
What is its shape?
What type of flower do you see?
What is its shape?
What are its colors?
What is its textures and patterns?
Does it have a scent?
Again,
Just noticing what arises.
Knowing that each one of us will see a different flower.
Our flowers will all be different.
That's what makes them special.
Is that they're unique.
Just like each one of us.
And just like each one of us.
These individual flowers that we see each have their own naturality.
Each have their own nature.
Each have their own naturality.
Each plant requires its own amount of sunlight.
Its own amount of water to be fed.
Its own amount of sunlight.
Its own preference in soil and environment where it likes to grow.
And each one of these flowers will bloom and blossom at its own pace.
In its own time.
In its own season.
Honoring its own innate nature.
Its own naturality.
And as you observe and take in your flower,
The one that is grown from your heart,
Noticing how it may symbolize or represent your naturality,
Your innate nature,
What makes you,
You.
Slowly starting to deepen your breath again now.
Gently drawing your awareness back into your heart.
Feeling into the heart as you invite that big smile to your face.
Feeling into the heart as you invite that big smile to your face.
Holding that smile,
Feeling into the heart as you thank yourself for showing up.
For making this quality time for you.
And whenever you're ready,
Softly and gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
Wishing you a beautiful day.
