Gently close your eyes or have your eyes half closed with the eye gaze turned inward.
Now draw your attention to your breath for the next several minutes.

Gently turn to your normal breathing and turn your focus to the sound of the water.
Allow the sound of the water to wrap around your body and comfort your spirit.
Allow these words to penetrate your soul.

I am loving.
I am fearlessly authentic.
I am whole.
I believe in the person I am becoming.
I am capable of executing my dreams.
I am releasing the things that are not working for me professionally or personally.
I am successful.
