Welcome to this 6 day morning challenge.
Start your day from the inside out.
This challenge was born from a longing many people recognize,
The feeling of drifting away from yourself as the day unfolds.
Giving a lot,
Thinking a lot,
Doing a lot,
And losing touch with your own center along the way.
Through breath,
Sound,
Gentle movement and awareness,
You return to your body and your own presence,
Tuning in to yourself so that you can feel clear,
Vibrant,
Centered and alive before the day has even begun.
This 6-day Morning Challenge helps you begin each day from within yourself.
Full of energy,
Centered and aligned,
Through short,
Embodied practices,
You return to your body,
Your heart and your energy.
Each morning you take a few mindful minutes to pause with your body,
Your breath,
Your energy,
Your awareness.
No complicated routines,
Just small moments that help you move into your day with more clarity,
Calm and connection to yourself.
I am Diana and I'm honored to guide you through this small practice.
Welcome to day 4.
Rest in your heart.
The heart as a transformative space,
Breathing tension in and breathing lightness out.
Your heart is a transformative space.
When you breathe in through the heart and you allow the energy of the experience to enter.
When you breathe out,
You let a new quality flow outward.
The breath is the vehicle.
The heart is the transforming space.
Let's begin.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest and feel the movement of your breath within.
Breathe in and let your heart receive each inhalation.
Feel how your heart center opens.
Your heart is a place of transformation.
Breathe tension in,
And breathe something lighter out.
Let the exhale flow out from your heart,
As if from within you release something soft,
Warm or spacious.
Experience your heart center as an energetic crossroads,
A point of inner balance.
Let whatever you breathe in as an emotion flow out transformed.
No reaction.
No duality.
In and out.
In balance.
Feel how your heart becomes as powerful as a thousand sounds.
To anchor this,
We sound Aum seven times.
A in the belly,
U in the heart,
And M from the throat up to the head.
We're going to sound Aum seven times and connect the three eras.
Beginning,
Middle and end.
Heaven,
Earth and heart.
Let's begin.
And feel how you are now.
Return to this feeling or repeat the practice whenever you lose yourself during the day.
Love,
Diana
