Seated or lying down.
Close your eyes if that feels good.
Take a slow inhale.
And a long,
Steady exhale.
Feel the ground beneath you,
The quiet,
Steady earth,
Holding you in this sacred pause.
Breathe in softness.
Breathe out surrender.
This may be an easeful pregnancy,
Or it may feel like you are operating at only 10-20% of your normal energy.
Either way,
Your experience is valid.
This is the surrender.
And it is more than okay.
It is sacred.
Give yourself full permission to be exactly as you are.
Tired.
Hopeful.
Overwhelmed.
Grateful.
If tears come,
Allow them.
Crying is not weakness.
It is a powerful,
Cleansing release.

Outside you may look the same,
