This helps us stay grounded and focused while re-centering our highest self during this inner season. Inner Spring Guided Meditation brought to you by Spirit Woman and led by Liana Pereja.

Take a moment to settle in and allow yourself to get in tune with your breath.

And notice each inhale and exhale.

You are now embodying a vibrant new phase within your cyclicality.

Your inner spring.

Your energy is on an incline and inspiration comes more easily than any other time of the month.

Welcome this newness and fresh perspective that this season has to bring you.

These few moments that you take with yourself each day during this season are helpful and grounding which will help keep you in sync with the source of your being.

Inhale.

Notice the expansion of your lungs and upper body.

Exhale.

Notice any releases and sensations of relaxation passing through your body.

Your breath,

This circular force that connects the internal with the external is proof that you are alive.

And as you continue to be fully present with each inhale and exhale,

Gently remind yourself how wonderful it feels to be aware of your breath.

To be one with yourself.

This quiet stillness allows you to reconnect with your true essence as all the outer distractions of the world begin to fade into the background.

Inhale begin to notice any thoughts and emotions that may be present.

Connect with the sensations in your body without labeling or judging them and see if you can bring awareness to the sensations in your body that are connected with your current feelings.

Does any area in your body feel tense?

If so,

Breathe with intention into that space of your body.

Notice your forehead.

Your jaw.

Your neck.

Your chest.

Your upper back.

Lower back.

Your stomach.

Your womb.

And send kindness to any areas that may still feel tense in your body.

See if you have any thoughts that feel in alignment with your life purpose.

If so,

Make a mental note and come back to it after you've finished this practice.

If not,

Welcome the power and life giving energy of Mother Earth to support and energize you.

Whether you are standing,

Sitting or lying down,

See if you can welcome the energy of the planet and let it infuse your entire being.

Place your hands on any part of your body.

Thank her for showing up for you.

Circling back to the breath,

Notice your heartbeat.

Feel its pulse from your heart.

Through your veins.

Down your arms and into your hands.

On your legs and into your feet.

And begin to affirm to yourself,

I live in my truth.

I am a miracle.

A living,

Breathing miracle.

I express my truth as creatively as possible and my willpower is aligned with my spiritual purpose in life.

I consciously welcome inspiration and growth into my life as I allow my inner spring to accelerate me forward.

My innocence and raw passion for life flow freely through me.

As I open my imagination to see the best in people and things,

I also see the best in myself.

I am confident in my ability to make my life work and I choose the power of life,

Goodness and light.

I choose the best for myself and accept the power of my being to produce health,

Love and joy in my life.

I am a powerful and wholesome force for good and I give myself permission to trust my feelings,

Giving them ample room for expression.

As always a pleasure. My suggestion is to speak slower so we can really tune in and feel the words we are ask to repeat and to bring us out of meditation would be a bonus.Thanks for sharing this beautiful cycle meditations, a true gift for us women!
