As women pass through their Inner Summer or ovulation phase, it is important to remember to take time each day for ourselves, as energy to-do lists can be at an all time high. Even though we have the power to metaphorically "do it all" during this hormonal season, this helps us stay grounded and peaceful while re-connecting to our highest Self during this Inner Season. This is a wonderful meditative guide to listen to, in order to heighten the awareness of your Inner Summer superpowers.

Inner Summer Guided Meditation brought to you by Spirit Woman and led by Liana Pereja.

Take a moment to settle in and allow yourself to get in tune with your breath.

Begin to notice each inhale and exhale.

You are now entered into a blossoming phase within your cyclicality,

Your inner summer.

Your energy is powerful and your naturally enveloping aura is in full bloom more than any other time of the month.

As your body ovulates,

The seeds you metaphorically planted in your inner spring are now being nurtured by your devotion and powerful presence.

These few moments that you take with yourself each day are beneficial and grounding,

Which will help you keep in sync with the source of your being.

Inhale.

Notice the expansion of your lungs and upper body.

Exhale.

Notice any releases and sensations passing through your body.

Your breath,

This circular force that connects the internal with the external,

Is proof that you are alive.

Each time you connect with this ever-present friend,

You reconnect with the wholeness of life.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Gently notice what it feels like to be fully aware of your breath,

To be one with yourself.

This quiet stillness allows you to reconnect with your true essence as all the outer distractions of the world begin to fade into the distance.

Begin to notice any thoughts and emotions that may be present.

Connect with the sensations in your body without labeling or judging them and see if you can bring awareness to the sensations in your body that are connected with your current feelings.

Does any area in your body feel tense?

If so,

Breathe with intention into that space of your body.

Notice your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your upper back,

Lower back,

Your stomach,

Your womb.

Send kindness to any areas that may still feel tense in your body.

Bring into your awareness how you are showing up in your life at this time.

Are you connected with your passions?

Who are you finding extra grace or love for?

Family members,

Friends,

Co-workers.

Identify them and thank them for allowing you to be a light so that you may share your courage and large heart with.

If no one comes immediately to mind,

Notice in what ways you can show extra grace and love for yourself.

See if you feel in alignment with your life purpose.

If you do not,

Take this next moment to welcome the power and life-giving energy of Mother Earth to support,

Energize,

And nurture you.

Whether you are standing,

Sitting,

Or laying down,

See if you can mentally picture the energy of the planet being infused with the essence of your entire being.

Place your hands on your heart.

Thank her for showing up for you.

Thank her for her tenderness and the enormous love that she has to offer.

Circling back to your breath,

Notice your heartbeat.

Feel its pulse through your veins,

Down your arms,

Into your hands,

And down your legs and into your feet.

Affirm to yourself,

I live from my heart and know that I am a miracle,

A living,

Breathing miracle.

I confirm my right to belong and to be a part of something greater than myself.

I stand for justice,

Truth,

And love,

And my body supports me in living a creative and happy life.

My core is pure and innocent,

And I delight in sharing my joy with others.

I am connected to life and all its glory,

Which carries me beyond my original limits to a higher and more creative space.

As I experience the fullness of my inner summer,

I am grateful for the ability to be so productive while being mindful to not cling to this part of myself as being all that I am.

I know that my strengths run strong both above and below the surface.

I let my heart shine from the depths of my being and share it with those who cross my path.

I am at peace.
