My name is Victoria and welcome to your joyful check-in.
We'll be taking the next minute just to ignite some joy and hopefully bring that with you the rest of your day.
Let's get started.
First start to ground your feet or ground your body wherever you're at,
Finding some connection to the earth below you.
Take a look around,
See if you can find one thing in this space that brings you joy.
Even if it's the smallest amount of joy,
Just one thing.
Start to notice where that joy is located.
See if you can pinpoint it physically in your body.
Good,
Once you've found that sensation,
We are going to ignite it by inhale,
Breathing in,
Let that joy,
Let that sensation grow and build.
And on an exhale,
Slowly letting it out of your nose.
Allow that joy to surround your body.
Good two more just like that big inhale through the nose,
Letting that sensation of joy fill you up.
Imagine it's a light and each time you're breathing in,
That light is growing stronger.
Good exhale out of the nose like you're filling up this space around you with this joy.
Last time,
Biggest inhale yet,
Inhale through the nose.
Maybe holding it at the top just for a moment,
Feel that joy pulsating inside of you and exhale out of the nose,
Let it go.
Returning to normal breath.
Hopefully that joy,
Even if it was minute,
Grew just a little bit and you can take that with you throughout the rest of your day.
