Let the thoughts wander as they please.

Let your hands relax and notice the sensations in the soles of your feet.

Listen to the breath in the nose.

Feel the chair below you.

Feel the heart's beat.

Let your mind find rest while you simply sit and notice the sensations in your body.

Simply notice the chair,

The hands,

The feet,

The breath.
