Have a wild experience or fall into the space yourself! Binaural beats can be a great help to let go of the intellect. When you leave it, the imagination can run wild and leave your pure awareness open to information from Source. You can also use the focus to hold space for emotions which may give you new understandings of old problems.

Transcript

This meditation contains a weak binaural beat made with a guitar.

Two tones with slightly different frequencies are played,

One into each ear.

This gives the sensation of a third tone which is so low it would otherwise be inaudible.

This third tone resonates with the brain's own frequencies and nudges it towards a certain mode of operation.

In this recording the frequency is about 4 hertz,

Which corresponds to the brain wave pattern of a meditating brain.

Before going into this experience you may want to set an intent.

An intent to learn emotionally will likely be the most effective.

Maybe there's an emotion you would like to understand,

A situation you want a new perspective on,

Or a part of yourself you'd like to dig out,

Someone you'd like to help,

Or maybe you just like to learn more about what's out there.

Settle on an intent now and keep working on this task during the meditation,

But don't be afraid to follow whatever comes to you.

As you go into this experience,

Spend the first bit of time getting comfortable and relaxed.

Let go of any thoughts,

Issues,

Or expectations.

Let your breath grow steady and your body grow heavy.

Trying to understand,

Categorize,

Or verify your experience while you're in it will only hinder you.

Leave judgment for later.

Be with what is and engage whatever comes to you.

Feel it and live it.

Go with the flow.

If there's only darkness and nothing,

Enjoy the darkness and be for a while in nothing.

Most importantly,

Have fun.
