A 20-minute meditation using Buddhist tingsha bells as a point of focus. A few instructions in the beginning and halfway in. Because of their swinging, the two bells produce interference that is unpredictable, making it a good focus point to keep accepting the experience without expectation.

Let's sit here for a while.

I'm gonna make a little sound with some tincture belts and we're just gonna sit if you like for some time.

If you're wearing headphones I should warn you do not turn them up even if you're tempted to listen to it better there will be higher sounds.

The next one is the loudest there will be.

You you you you And if you're like me you might be very distracted at this point thinking about other things maybe some sounds outside maybe some feelings that might need to be taken care of or that could just stay where they are.

However even in this distracted state you can still keep an eye on your breath you can still pay attention just a little bit to these sounds of meditation if they are voice or if they are bells.

Just spend some time here with your own breath and let the thoughts be.

You don't have to control them you can let them run and you can let them hide and if you're sitting wondering what thoughts is he talking about well those are the thoughts.

Even in this loop well I'm not really thinking oh yes I am you have awareness of thoughts and you have thoughts themselves.

You don't have to put your energy into these thoughts you can just put your attention on your breath or here on my voice and when there's silence spend some time noticing your breath spend some time noticing the chair that you're sitting on or the place you're lying down or wherever you are because right here in this very moment there are sensations to be had but they are different from your thoughts.

You can notice without thinking you can notice your thoughts and you can notice that you are thinking and the noticing is not the thought and as the sounds resume spend some time just noticing.

You you you you you as the bells move you can hear them interfering with each other creating different patterns making different vibrations inside you it's all patterns arising inside you you don't have to create or destroy them all you have to do is notice the ringing you you you you you you you you you you you Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding And this is the end of the meditation.
