The point of this meditation is to move into point consciousness.
A sort of focused space where we are not focused on the outside world.
It may be there,
It may not be there.
You can focus on it and it will be there or you can not focus on it and it will sort of disappear and fade into the background.
In point consciousness you can do many things.
You can receive images or sounds or sensations from souls.
You can feel like you are going places or you can simply stay in an empty space with no movement,
No thoughts,
No doing.
If thoughts arise,
That's okay.
If you feel like moving your body and it's necessary,
You can do it.
That's alright.
It's not a mistake and don't spend time wondering whether you've done it yet.
That doesn't matter.
The point is to let go and to stay just here.
There isn't much movement to do to get there.
There isn't a special thing you have to do or a ritual that has to be done.
If you need a ritual or if you want a ritual,
You can make one and that's fine.
Whatever helps you is fine.
But don't expect it to come as a certainty when you've done a certain thing.
Just bring it about by staying with your body and with your breath.
Spend some time listening to the breath and feel it here in your stomach or in your chest.
The sound of the singing bowl and the instructions might help you get there.
There might be a distraction and then let them go.
If you feel like just letting go of the sounds and the instructions and floating,
That's fine.
Go with what feels right to you,
What comes naturally.
Just don't judge yourself.
Don't judge or analyze the experience.
Let it be.
Flow with it and feel it.
Let yourself stay with the emotions that arise.
If thoughts come,
That's okay.
Don't push them away,
Don't hate them.
Just let them be.
Don't judge them or understand them.
Just leave them and stay here with the sounds of the bell and with the sound of my voice.
Right now there are no things you need to do.
There is no purpose or any actions you need to fulfill or live up to.
You can relax and just spend this time right here with your breath,
With the darkness behind your eyes,
With the sensations in your toes and in your fingers.
Feel the neck,
The top of your back.
Maybe there's tension there and that's fine.
Just stay here with the breath and feel it.
Stay with the body.
And whenever it feels right,
Just let it go.
Just stay in the empty space.
Just aware that you are here.
The thoughts,
Just the knowledge that you are here.
The feelings that arise and disappear.
The emotions that come and go.
If thoughts drop in,
That's fine.
If you start wondering,
That's okay.
Just stay with the emotion.
Stay with the feelings.
It's all fine.
Let the sounds and bring your attention and your intent to rest.
Let them lie resting inside.
Just being aware with the flashings behind your eyes,
With the sounds in your ears or with whatever is here.
In this space,
There's no need for actions or doings.
Just stay.
Keeping this tiny movement,
This tiny going or listening or seeing,
This small sensation.
And you can stay with it as long as you like or keep listening to the sounds.
