Let's begin today by focusing on our breath.

Relax any of the tension in your body.

You can roll the shoulders.

Shake out the wrists and your hands.

You'll also notice the sounds that you hear.

Now let's work our way back to our breathing.

As we put our focus there,

Imagine all the air filling up the lungs.

And when you exhale,

Releasing all of that energy.
