One of the biggest challenges my clients face is an inability to find peace. They feel overwhelmed by life and its challenges, and may rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms in an attempt to find relief. I know what this is like — I've been there myself, and created this meditation with that in mind. I'll guide you through somatic (body-based) enquiry techniques, followed by gentle sound healing using Tibetan bowls, my voice, and percussion. The sounds are carefully curated to shift you into an altered state of consciousness, where deep healing and relaxation can take place. This is your time to let go of what you're holding, and make space for the peace you deserve.
