How many times have you been told to "just let it go"? But often it really doesn't feel that simple. Sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to release the weight of what we're holding, and our bodies need to know it's ok now, too. This meditation is an invitation to connect with the deepest parts of you, to what you may be unintentionally holding on to: old hurts, relationships, places, attachments, or patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we'll bring mind and body into gentle alignment, exploring what it feels like to let go—even just a little bit. You don't have to release it all at once, and, I don't believe this is a realistic expectation. This is about going at your pace, with compassion and care. I hope this practice supports you in finding a little more ease and freedom.
