Take a few cleansing deep breaths in through your nose and out of your mouth as you arrive.

Today's theme is joyful movement.
Movement is not only essential for our physical health,
But it also has a profound effect on our emotional and mental well-being.
Embracing movement with joy can bring about positive change and a sense of vitality.
Today we'll be practicing an activation type of breathing.
So if you are pregnant,
Have heart conditions,
Breathing issues,
Or any other unique health needs,
Please avoid the energizing breath technique.
Instead,
Practice slow,
Slow,
Deep breathing to ensure your comfort and safety.
Today's breath work technique is called Bellows Breath,
Also known as Energizing Breath.
This technique involves rapid,
Forceful breaths,
Inhales and exhales,
Followed by breath holds,
Which can invigorate the body and mind,
Preparing you for joyful movement and activity.
We'll go through three rounds,
Increasing our breath count and increasing our breath hold time with each round.
For the first round,
We'll practice five rapid breaths that will sound like this.
And practice a five second breath hold.
And that will increase with each round.

Let's give it a go.
Take a big inhale,
Feeling your lungs expand fully.
Round one with five rapid breaths.
Here we go.
And hold.
Big inhale,
Release.
Round two,
Here we go.
Inhale,
Ten rapid breaths.
And hold.
Inhale,
Let it go.
Round three,
We'll have 20 rapid breaths,
Followed by a 20 second breath hold.
Here we go.
Inhale,
20 rapid breaths.
And hold.
Halfway.
Big inhale,
And let it go.
Well done.
Feel the joyful movement in your body.
Feel your happy cells dancing with energy.

Whether it's dancing,
Walking,
Stretching,

Allow yourself to feel the joy and freedom that comes with it.
