My dearest,

Beautiful,

Sacred soul.

I am Ranjith and I am here to take you into a journey of restful,

Blissful sleep.

This meditation has music set to a frequency that helps total relaxation and deep sleep.

Even if you fall asleep in between,

The messages in the meditation will infuse your subconscious mind with messages that will totally rejuvenate your being.

Find a comfortable position to lie down and close those magical eyes of yours.

Find your restful sanctuary on your bed.

Give your busy mind rest.

Allow all those active thoughts to come to a slow halt.

Give your tired body the permission to let go and rest.

You might have had a hectic and there might be those feelings,

Those emotions that fill you with stress or anxiety.

Gently allow them to fade away into the expanse of the night.

Breathe deeply,

Drawing in the night's softness and exhale slow and deep.

Deep inhale and a relaxing exhale.

Adjust your lying down position if you want to.

Make yourself more at ease.

Tonight,

I request you to allow,

Gently allow yourself to let go,

Gently,

Very gently let go of whatever you are going through.

I am here with you on this journey.

Set aside everything and surrender to the music and the sound of my voice.

I am inviting a feeling of relaxation.

Tune in to your breath.

Tune in to the relaxing music.

Lean in to my voice.

What can you do to reach that peaceful lake inside you to rest your tired feet?

You really don't need to answer those questions.

Your magnificent body has magnificent wisdom in it and will find the answers through the course of this meditation.

In this meditation,

We surrender,

We shut down,

We give up our logical mind and we allow the wisdom of the body and the feel the tender surrender of each breath guiding you into the stillness of the night.

Ever so gently,

Focus on your breath.

Let the rhythm of your breath become a lullaby.

Hold the serenity within and exhale the tension.

Hold that serenity within and exhale.

Let your worries drift like autumn leaves in a gentle stream of air.

Longer exhales.

Feel your belly rise with every inhale.

And feel your belly fall with the exhale.

With every inhale,

The belly rises.

And with every relaxing exhale,

The belly falls.

Feel the relaxation in the inhale.

And a total letting go in the exhale.

Relaxing inhale.

In your exhale,

I due to surrender all thoughts and surrender to the sound of my voice.

The universe has your back.

And the spirit guides are gently watching you over.

Feel a gentle goodnight kiss from the universe.

Through a quick body scan,

This relaxes your nervous system,

Your muscles and gets your body to be ready to rest.

Bring your attention to the top of your head and your forehead.

Soothe those lines of worry on your forehead.

Feel your eyes become heavy.

Let your eyes ease into the pool of rest.

Cheeks soften.

Jaw unclenches.

Your ears are relaxed.

Feel the whole face.

Release all tension as rest flows like a tranquil river through your body.

Each muscle in your neck relaxes with each breath.

The stiffness dissolves.

Your shoulders burdened throughout the day.

Feel this warm and soothing journey of attention flow down your right arm,

Through your hands and to your fingertips.

The same relaxation passes through your right upper arm.

The right forehand relaxes and so do your fingertips.

Both your hands are completely relaxed.

Your heart,

Your beautiful heart beats a soothing rhythm and your back aligns with the softness beneath you.

Your entire back melts into the cooling,

Relaxing expanse of the peaceful night.

Allow your abdomen to relax.

Your pelvic area and your hips let go of all the tension and surrender into this wave of rest.

Complete rest.

Both your legs free themselves.

The feet ease into softness.

Your toes gently let go of any tightness.

Your whole body is now relaxed.

Scan through your entire body.

Your body now bathes in the serene flow of rest.

There is no tension anywhere in your body.

As you drift into a restful sleep,

Acknowledge any leftover echoes of the day,

Any whispers of stress that linger,

Any thoughts that might come up.

Acknowledge them.

Don't judge them.

Allow them to be with you.

Send them tender love.

Give yourself the gift of release.

Visualize those remaining stressful thoughts fall off your body,

Your psyche,

Like delicate leaves carried away in the river of the night.

Blingly let go.

Ease into rest.

Watch them drift away,

Carried by the night's gentle current,

Fading away.

Ease into rest.

Melting away tension.

Easing into rest.

Embrace this freedom and relaxation that comes with surrender.

Peace to fill those spaces in you that once were held by tension.

Visualize a gentle violet light of safety wrap you softly with its glow.

This light of safety envelops you like a soothing blanket.
