I Am A Cloud

I Am a Cloud is a short children´s bedtime story apt for kids from 3 up with a fun rainbow creative visualization, and a brief mindfulness breathing exercise activity incorporated. The theme has a focus on aceptance and impermenance of experience and emotions.

I am a cloud high in the sky. I'm white and sometimes I make funny shapes. Sometimes I'm heavy and gray and I bring lightning and rain. Under the rain comes an arc of bright shimmering light, A beautiful rainbow. Come for a walk through my colors and recharge yourself with rainbow energy. Red. Orange. Yellow. Green. Blue. Indigo. Violet. Feelings change like clouds moving across the sky. When I feel sad, I let it rain. When I feel angry, I show my lightning and thunder. When I'm calm, I'm smooth and bright. When I feel happy, I'm round and fluffy. I'm always moving and changing. That's just the way I am. I close my eyes and take a big breath in and out. I tune in to how the sky is. I tune in to how I'm feeling inside right now. I trust the clouds inside me will go on changing and I will be okay.
