I Am Sun

I am the sun.

There's no one else like me.

I'm the only one.

I shine bright.

I wake up in the morning and feel the happy light radiating from inside.

I take three big breaths in and feel the golden energy in my heart.

Today is going to be a really bright day.

I raise myself up and shine with warmth and joy.

I travel across the sky,

Over the forests and oceans and cities.

I stretch out my rays,

Sharing my warmth and light with the whole world.

I'm filled with gratitude that my golden sun energy brings life to everyone.

I breathe in and then out and give myself a hug.

I feel the warmth and happiness inside my heart,

Thinking about all the things that make me happy and all the things I'm grateful for.
