
Ultimate Mind And Body Relaxation
This is a deep trance meditation that leads the listener on a journey of pure relaxation and positive allignment. This is a beautiful, gentle, calming, and complete full body relaxation with positive affirmations.
Transcript
This following meditation is designed to guide both your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation.
Please ensure you are in a safe place and do not operate any machinery or drive while listening to the following meditation.
Guided meditation for full body relaxation.
And so we begin our meditation practice by finding a comfortable position.
Back straight,
Hands palm up,
Lightly placed in your lap.
Right hand over left,
Thumbs lightly touching.
Relax your shoulders down from your ears.
Find a string coming from the ceiling,
Gently holding your head up in a relaxed but alert way.
Now to begin with take a long deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your belly expand and hold a breath in your lungs for just a few moments.
Then release slowly,
Gently by way of your mouth.
Totally emptying your lungs and belly.
Starting with the breath any feelings of negativity or pent up emotion.
And now we focus on our eyes.
So with your eyes open,
Gently roll them up and look to the area between your physical eyes in the middle of your forehead.
This is the space that holds your Ajna or third eye chakra.
Focus your physical gaze on this area.
Eyes open as if you're trying to look at the inside of your own forehead.
Continue to look at this area keeping your eyes open.
Your eyes may be tiring.
They may want to close but don't let them close just yet.
Take another slow belly breath in through your nose.
Again hold for a few moments and fully release.
Make sure your eyes are still open,
Rolled up and looking towards the back of your forehead.
Now slowly bring down your eyelids.
Continue your gaze up and if your eyelids flutter or resist know that this is okay.
Your eyes are tired and it is their time to relax.
Now I'd like you to imagine or pretend if you like that your eyelids have been glued and bonded and stuck together.
I want you to really imagine that no matter what you do you cannot get your eyelids apart.
Your eyelids are glued and bonded and stuck together,
Heavy with relaxation.
Now continue to hold this thought of your glued and bonded and stuck together eyelids and try gently to open them.
You will find they won't open for you as long as you continue to imagine that they are glued and bonded and fused together.
You may try again but again you cannot as they are glued and bonded together they will not open for you.
Now know if at any time during our practice you do need to open your eyes before the end you will of course be able to do so as normal.
But for now your eyes are gently glued and bonded,
Stuck together with pure relaxation.
Your eyes wouldn't open simply because you used the power of your imagination to believe they were fused shut.
So now place the power of your imagination on your breathing.
Take a deep belly breath in and imagine with every breath you release you are relaxing deeper and deeper.
With every breath you release you are relaxing deeper and deeper.
In a moment I shall ask you to take in three long deep belly breaths.
Focus on bringing your breath down all the way down to the deepest part of your belly.
This will cause your belly to expand and relax.
This method of inhaling will enhance your natural ability to relax your body and focus your mind.
So now take in a good long slow deep breath and in a long low deep sigh exhale slowly and release and relax.
Once again another good long slow deep breath.
Hold for a moment then release in a long low deep sigh.
Exhale slowly and release and relax.
And once more take another long slow deep breath in hold and release in a long low deep sigh slowly and release and relax.
And let go completely let go of all your cares and worries.
Let go of all your stresses and strains as they float from your body and mind.
And relax and release deeper and deeper.
Focus on your breathing ensuring your belly is expanding and contracting in and out in and out.
Slowly easily deeply relax relax relax.
You are breathing easily and gently and deeply.
You are breathing easily and gently and deeply.
Your whole body is calm relaxed and at peace.
With every word I speak and every breath you take you are going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Peaceful,
Tranquil,
Relax.
And the deeper you go the better you feel and the better you feel the deeper you go.
Down down down into pure relaxation.
You are relaxing physically and mentally into a place of tranquility.
Relax relax relax.
Your whole body system is relaxed and at ease and you are going to increase the relaxation you are feeling many times over.
So when I ask you to and not before I want you to open and close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes you will double the relaxation you have felt up until this point.
Open your eyes.
Now close your eyes and as you do you will feel twice as relaxed as you did before.
And so as you close your eyes again the next time you will relax five times more deeply than you did before.
Open your eyes.
And now close your eyes and as you relax you feel five times deeper in relaxation than you did before and deeper and deeper and deeper.
Now one more time and this time you will feel ten times more relaxed than you did before.
So open your eyes and now close your eyes and go deeper and deeper and deeper.
Now focus your attention to the crown of your head and visualise a ray of golden light flooding in through the crown of your head.
Imagine and sense and feel its gentle warmth flooding over the crown of your head.
Now visualise and feel this golden healing light filtering down from your crown onto your forehead and over your eyes.
Down over your nose and chin.
Feel the whole of your head bathed in this golden warm healing light.
Now extend the light down over your neck and shoulders,
Your chest and back and arms.
Gently feel the warm healing light slide over your belly down to your hips.
Feed the light down onto your thighs,
Your legs and allow it to flow all the way to the tips of your toes.
This universal life force energy is from our source.
It is one with you.
It heals,
Rejuvenates,
Rebalances,
Replenishes you.
Really feel its warmth and energy flood your body.
Streaming into your crown radiating to every organ,
Every system and function in your body.
Know that as every cell is flooded with this beautiful light your body is healing,
Resting,
Rejuvenating.
And so your thoughts are becoming calm and quiet and still.
Your thoughts are becoming calm and quiet and still.
Take upon that ripples after a stone has been thrown but slowly goes back to its calm exterior as the ripples disappear and fade.
Your thoughts are slowly disappearing and fading.
You are relaxing deeper and deeper and your thoughts are calm and quiet and still.
You are warm,
At peace and relaxed.
Your thoughts are calm and quiet and still.
You are warm.
You are at peace.
You are relaxed.
You are in a meditative state of calm and oneness.
Your mind and body are in harmony with the universal life flow and every thought in your mind,
Every cell in your body is at ease.
You feel wonderful within yourself.
You feel at ease and peaceful with yourself and your situation in life.
You have entered a realm of high sensitiveness.
As you listen to my voice you allow yourself to relax,
To rest.
Your mind is quiet and you can experience the true you.
The greater the depth,
The greater the quietness,
The truer you feel.
Therefore to help you reach a level of relaxation even greater than where you are now,
In a moment I will spell the word relax.
As I spell the word out you will travel into an even deeper place of relaxation where you can truly be at peace.
R E L A X Relax R E L A X Relax R E L A X Relax And any time your eyes are closed and you hear my voice say the word relax,
Providing it is safe for you to do so,
You will quickly and automatically enter a state of relaxation.
And any time your eyes are closed and you repeat the word relax three times,
Providing it is safe for you to do so,
You will quickly and automatically enter an extremely deep level of physical and mental relaxation.
The word relax is a gift to use whenever you need to connect to the true authentic you,
To escape life's trials and tribulations.
And so to remember,
You must take full responsibility for your true happiness and purpose in life.
You must let go of your anxieties,
Worries and negative emotions and behaviours.
You must look for peace in every step you take.
You must live each day completely.
You must be true to yourself.
And as you drift continually down into peace,
Tranquillity and relaxation,
Affirm with me now,
I am one with the universal life force energy.
I can achieve all things.
In every day,
In every way,
I am getting better and better.
In every day,
In every way,
I am getting better and better.
My thoughts are positive and empowering.
I send love,
Peace and blessings to everyone.
I speak and act in good faith at all times.
I forgive myself for all my mistakes and misdeeds of the past.
I forgive myself,
I forgive myself.
I forgive all others for misdeeds and mistakes they have made.
I forgive all others,
I forgive all others.
I live my life in the now,
I cherish every moment.
Now in a moment,
I will stop talking and leave you to enjoy this time of relaxation you have created.
But when you open your eyes,
I want you to hold on to this thought and feeling of relaxation.
You will not allow any person or situation to take away this sense of calm.
And whenever you need to return to this feeling,
Softly and gently repeat to yourself,
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
Simply refuse to let go of this sense of relaxation and you will quickly realize your life can be calmer,
Easier and so much more enjoyable than before.
Now gently return your focus to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and send it to your legs and feet.
Take another and send it to your arms,
Chest and back.
And finally another and send it to your headspace.
Now when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and rejoin the here and now that you never truly left.
